★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- We moved from Ohio, where some of the finest Veterinarians practice. I had been through Vet after Vet, finally I found Dr. Lambert. Whom from the very start my 2 dogs Zebby and Surrey liked. I have been using the clinic for a few years now with no complaints, until I had to go to another Vet because remodeling and Dr.Lambert was unavailable. Dr Reynolds was nice ,she saw Surrey and was helpful. As I said I had go to another Vet farther away .To make this short our baby boy Zebby has a very aggressive Anal Tumor. Because of her lack of empathy I chose to call Dr.Lamberts office to ask about Euthanasia. When that girl on the phone told me they do not offer that service, I was speechless. In all my years working in Veterinary,I was speechless( considering the oath that is taken by ALL VETERINARIANS.To end all pain and suffering. Now what am I to do. My opinion of the Vet just ended. I trusted him.Now my poor Zeb has this painful large mass called Cancer and his Mum has no one to go to ,to get him any help. All I can say is "l entrusted my kids lives with clinic, and you left us down Horribley. June 30 · Linda Coman
- LOVE the staff and the Doctor at this location! I was visiting the area, I went shopping and in the parking lot a woman was giving away puppies, I called the vets office hoping to get in right away to make sure she was healthy. (She only weighed 1.6 pounds) Three locations couldn’t get me in for a week, Lambert got me in right away and get this…….the 1st visit was free, I of course had to pay for the 1st set of puppy shots which I happily did but they did not charge for the office visit! Great location, friendly, animal loving people!Highly recommend this location! May 17 · Full time explorer RV living (Living on the road!)
- 5 stars for the techs, zero for the vet. We came to put our dog down so it was very hard. Tech brought us back, vet didn't say a word to us and was very rough with our pet. She had been very calm until then. He left without saying a word and a tech, who was wonderful came in and took care of our dog. If I would have known, I would have drove her 7 hours to the vet and the techs that have loved her since she was a puppy. Even writing this post is so painful. I feel like we let her down in her last few minutes. I hope she remembers the good 12 years. July 25 · Connie Dupuis
- Dr. Lambert has been my Vet for a long time and has always been the best with my furr-babies! I would highly recommend. The staff is nice & helpful too. JJ JACKSON April 14 · Jeri Jackson
- Since the owners have changed it has not been the same. I went up there to get my cats fixed back in October. We made the appointment to fix them in early November. I got a call the day before that they could not go through with my appointment because they didn’t have enough anesthesia in stock but they would call to reschedule after they got more in. It’s February and i’ve haven’t heard anything since. Horrible customer service. Also I saw the staff treating one of their receptionists like a dog. Treating her like she was dumb and talking bad about her behind her back. Totally unprofessional and uninviting. I had heard good things about this vet ever since I was a kid but It’s priorities have obviously changed since. February 03 · Faith Darko
