I'm only mentioning this to compare AAAH to other vets. Back in 2023 my Cane Corso mix needed to see his vet for his swollen paw due to allergies, that he gets about once a year, they were not taking patients that week because they were in the process of switching to new owners, one of those big corporations that own clinics all over the country. I googled other vets, called All American AH and they were busy that week, and suggested another vet. I went there, took his records from the old vet, told them about the allergies and how they always treated him with prednisone. They told me my 9 year old dog was very old, overweight, and likely had cancer all over, not allergies, and wouldn't treat the allergies until after I spent over $2,500, and they couldn't find cancer on my "old, overweight" dog. He's only 120 lbs, and you can easily feel his ribs. Finally they gave him prednisone for his swollen paw, which is what he always got before and costs a heck of a lot less than $2,500, and I never went back.Forward to 2024, I got 2 puppies, Merry and Pippin, so I went to All American for their first set of shots. I made a regular appointment since it was their first set so they could also be seen by the doctor. We saw Dr Hany Botros. He was very nice, and didn't try to sell me any unnecessary tests or whatever. Then we went back for their second set of shots, we saw a different vet ( can't remember her name), she was very nice. When we got home from their shots both puppies eyes were swelling up, so we went back to the vet. Both Doctors Botros came out to the desk as soon as we got there, they looked at them and said it was a reaction to one of the shots. They took the puppies back, gave them Benadryl, brought them back to me, had us wait a few minutes to make sure it was working. We all stood there chatting, which I thought was nice since most vets hide in the back room somewhere. Needless to say, they had all their shots after, and this year they had their yearly booster shots, with no problems. That brings me to my last dog, Quinn. He's a Rottweiler mix, around 13 years old, and has progressively been having trouble getting up and walking. Hip and joint supplements worked for a bit, but not for long. When I took him to All American A.H. we had to pick him up to get him in the car, and had to carry him in because his back legs were so bad. We saw a different vet, I can't remember his name. He suggested weekly Adequan shots for the arthritis in his hips. Then Dr Hany Botros came in and mentioned how they also do laser treatments, and that I might consider them. We only did the shots that week, which seemed to help a little, we still had to help him get up and move, so we went ahead and had the laser. After the first treatment Quinn was better. He wasn't having as much trouble going in and out the doggy door, and we didn't have to carry him in when we went for the second treatment 4 or 5 DAYS later. He's now had 7 laser treatments , he can get in the car with little help. He goes up the stairs with no trouble, and down with little trouble if he runs. Doesn't fall and get stuck in the doggy door anymore. He's even playing more with the puppies, and Darth. And all those laser treatments and Adequan shots , and puppy check up and vaccines for the 3 dogs have cost me around the same as the other vet charged me to treat my "overweight and very old dog" who didn't have cancer for allergies that only required a bottle of cheap prednisone.I have sent my sister and cousin with their dogs there, and they're both happy with their service as well.We think everyone at the clinic, from the front desk to the doctors is very nice. Even the Cockatiel hanging out in his cage in the lobby is a sweetheart. I'm giving them 10 Stars! Thank you for reading this far. Here's a picture of Quinn, Darth, Merry and Pippin, one of them with their swollen eyes last year, and one of Merry kissing Quinn. - Edie G
