West Charleston Animal Hospital: Rubenstien Matthew DVM Reviews
The surprise costs are infuriating here!I was told, after i arriced for our appt for a haircut, with anesthesia, it'd going to be an ADDITIONAL $200, because we need bloodwork. Idk whatvthe bloodwork.was for, it wasnt explained to me. So my new total is now close to $500 for a simple haircut for my cat.THIS time, it was waived. It's probably because I was quite unhappy. Someone ran out the door to catch me.While I'm not Dr, I feel like these additional costs should be told up front when I made the appt. And... here's why you need it. I doubt that I'll pay $500 for a haircut for a 10 lb cat. But at least I'll know what it's for. It's too bad really, they did a good job on her, and they always have, but I just can't afford to pay double for something she doesn't need.-Keith C

Jul 10, 2024 · Lydia YousifThis place is VERY popular they seem to have a lot of loyal customers. It took FOREVER to get my dog seen. but I think the day I came it was especially hectic for them for whatever reason. They didn't push me into getting any procedures and they were very open with information and patient with all of my questions.
Dec 04, 2021 · Tiera ClarkIt's a little annoying having an appointment at certain time, and still have to wait till around 40 minutes to actually get your pet checked
