The surprise costs are infuriating here!I was told, after i arriced for our appt for a haircut, with anesthesia, it'd going to be an ADDITIONAL $200, because we need bloodwork. Idk whatvthe bloodwork.was for, it wasnt explained to me. So my new total is now close to $500 for a simple haircut for my cat.THIS time, it was waived. It's probably because I was quite unhappy. Someone ran out the door to catch me.While I'm not Dr, I feel like these additional costs should be told up front when I made the appt. And... here's why you need it. I doubt that I'll pay $500 for a haircut for a 10 lb cat. But at least I'll know what it's for. It's too bad really, they did a good job on her, and they always have, but I just can't afford to pay double for something she doesn't need.-Keith C - Keith Clement
