★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Our dog was prescribed Apoquel at a 5.4 mg dose. Yesterday when picking up the meds they gave us the larger pill 16 mg which is almost triple the dose. We luckily noticed before giving it our dog last night. We were told to bring it in and it would we swapped out. We brought the pills in and got home and noticed the pills were a bit larger than our previously prescribed pills. After doing some research, it turns out we were getting the 3.6 mg dose instead of the 5.4 mg dose for possibly over a year. We alerted the vet. There was no apology, they just passed the blame onto us saying we are wrong. We have pictures of all the pills and they were definitely different and matched with our research (3.6 mg have an S marked on the pill, 5.4 have a M marked on the pill and 16mg have a L marked on the pill - we also measured the pills which I've an attached an illustration showing sizes below) . Please treat your customers better. It's okay to make a mistake, correct it and apologize.
August 21 · Brad ThrelkeldWe’ve been through a lot with this vet.Two senior chihuahuas of ours were treated for various things. One we recently lost to cancer 😭. The other who is now officially toothless… still fierce though! And, we had a beagle boy neutered here. Then on a separate occasion, two of his teeth were extracted after he tried to chomp on something he should not have chomped.Currently, we have a beautiful little miniature schnauzer puppy they’re helping us to get off to a good start. Thanks for everything you do!
February 10 · Rachel JacksonMy daughter adopted a kitty from another shelter. When we brought her home, we brought her into All Animals Vet to find out she had a severe infestation of ear mites and a major ear infection in both ears. After multiple rounds of antibiotics/antifungals, our kitty “Temperance” finally got a perfect clean bill of health! We were faced with uncertainty and prepared ourselves that our sweet kitty may become deaf someday. We were wondering if the ear infections would ever go away. Our sweet baby was definitely worth the money we spent to get her treated. I also bring our other cat here. Highly recommend!
September 11 · Melanie MarshallRosey and I have been through a lot with this veterinary clinic recently! They helped her with an eye infection, and then later on an eye removal surgery. They did a great job and the prices were very reasonable!
July 06 · summer marieUnless you like not being listened to and nickle and dimed to death. I’d highly recommend going somewhere else. Charged to print off prescriptions so we could have them filled at our pharmacy. That is totally ridiculous. The “vet tec” repeatedly called our frenchie a pug. They refused to write full scripts. Basically forcing us to use their pharmacy instead of Costco where a 6 mo supply of heartworm is almost the same cost as just 3 from their online pharmacy. Wanting to bring our Rottweiler back for monthly checks for a condition that is relatively benign. And again only writing the prescription for it for a month and forcing us to return pay for another visit and another round of testing to get the prescription renewed. Our old vet was yearly and basically all we needed to do was monitor for signs of her condition worsening. They were told numerous times she hadn’t been on the medicine for quite sometime as there was a suspicion the issue had resolved itself. They repeatedly had to be told she did not need her levels checked for the medication currently in her system as she hadn’t been on it for quite sometime. They try to force you into a parasitic relationship with them. So much for trying to find a small town vet who we thought would be more on the side of pet owners and pets. They clearly only care about making money.Update: after reading the clinics “cya” response. I feel totally vindicated! Not only do you not listen. You apparently don’t read either. Clearly stated you wanted to check my dogs current levels of a medication that she wasn’t on anymore. You just gloss right over that. My frenchie still hasn’t exceeded weight threshold for heart worm. You guys are a joke. Btw still extremely confused how your tech can’t distinguish very popular dog breeds. After talking to several people, it seems cats are all you do ok with. You suck with dogs
