Animal Care Center

4.0
I have been taking my Havanese, Sadie here for almost 17 years. Before it was sold to Hearts and Paws the staff and doctors were so compassionate. After it was sold all staff except for one left and all new Doctors came aboard. The whole feel of the place changed. They didn’t know me or my dog’s history. Sadie was having trouble breathing among other things. I called first thing to get her in. I was told they had one appointment for urgent care at 4:30. You have to understand that I might be putting my dog down. On the website it states Urgent Care doesn’t need an appointment. You can walk in. I called their sister hospital and was told to bring her in within the hour. When they were sold they retained their compassionate staff and Doctors. I will not use Animal Care Center again. - Barbara Nye
