★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- We are never coming back! The examination was $58 for a vet to look just with her eyes. $30 for a fecal examination that we never approved. $185 for general blood tests. $72 for 3 meds, and a $10.35 convince fee because we used a debit card. The convenience fee was never disclosed before or after the visit. What a scam. August 26 · Brii Peters
- The whole staff here has always been great to deal with during my many years and many animals! (I foster) The new facility allows them to help more fur babies in the future! August 19 · Mary Brady
- I would seriously give no stars if that was an option… I have took my animals here for about 4-5 years now… never had any problems til last Wednesday… I made the hard choice for my dog to be put down… he rear end wasn’t working like it should anymore ear infection after ear infection… his quality of life declined in the last year he could no longer jump or run… which were two of his favorite things to do… his ear was filled with fluid to the point it was about to explode…. The vet and tech came in telling me what perfect condition my animal was in… shamed me for the hard choice I chose to make for my animal… they claimed perfect condition off of a visual exam… I left in tears having to lift my 100 lb animal up into the car…. I will never step foot in this office again… dr kolich down the street put him down this week… I brought him in with his ear dripping of blood and never once did he make me feel like I was doing something horrible… my baby crossed rainbow bridge as peacefully as he could… this place saw dollar signs… return visits and her solution was pain pills… which wasn’t what I wanted to do… he was 11 years old and gave us the best 11 years he was able too… I hope this place treats others better than they treated me! For I will never return with any of my animals and neither will my family! July 25 · Amanda Marie Karch
- We experienced a tragedy as our beloved pet Lily was hit by a car. We rushed her to the Animal Clinic of the Woodlands and although the outcome was not what we were hoping, the staff at this facility is INCREDIBLE. The accident was unexpected and I was wearing PJs- the office staff offered me scrubs. The Doctor was genuinely caring towards my entire family, explained the extend of injuries and gave her honest opinion on long term recovery (and that it truly wasn't possible). She was reassuring and comforting. The assistants who helped us were of the same character. HIGH recommend! June 17 · Amy Cox
- I had a decent first experience that I decided to go back a year later. But this time was crap. Forgot about me and my cat for 45 minutes. Did nothing to make this better and charged me full price for everything even tho the wellness exam was two minutes and they did not even weigh my cat. If you can forget about the animals like that for an annual exam, I wouldn’t trust you with my pet if so thing was actually wrong! June 25 · Mackenzie Campbell
