February 14 · Frank WilliamsDr Fisher and her staff at Animal Eye Care of Wilmington are beyond amazing. Our recently diagnosed diabetic 5 yr old Golden/Shepard mix went in for his first visit back in May to see if he was a good candidate for cataract surgery on both his eyes and he was. Here it is August and Drago's had his surgery. My husband and I were amazed of how quick he could see, and how clear his eyes were right after .Two days post op Drago was able to see chickens 3 properties down from our property. We're 5 days post op now and you can't tell he's even had eye surgery. He is not depressed and just laying around anymore. And his sugar numbers has dropped. He is always smiling at everyone now so we know he's very happy.DR Fisher and her team are beyond amazing, and we are greatful to her and her team at Animal Eye Care of Wilmington. They helped us give our fur baby his life back. The pictures below are before surgery, and right after, and a day post op. It's nice seeing his big brown eyes again. Thank you all.
August 11 · Nickie GreeneAmazing staff. Took our dog in who had an ulcer in his right eye, previous vet had exhausted all means and reffered use to AEC. Arrived early of appointment, immediately went in to see vet. She had completed an exam on him also finding 2 eye lashes growing in from behind eye lid. Not busy that day and was able to do surgery that day. We just finished a meal from Wendy's, received a call from AEC saying that our dog was ready to go home. Eye is doing great with a few drops and some pain meds. Cannot say enough about the staff here at AEC. Expectantly not knowing that there was even an eye dr for dogs. Thank you very much for how you treated our dog (Dexter) and us as (Karen & Terry) family as well.
August 28 · Karen CorderDr. Fisher and staff have given my dog a new lease on life. He had cataract surgery which changed this 12 year old from a timid old man to a puppy. I highly recommend all of them at the clinic. Best thing we ever did for a dog.
April 22 · David WunderWilmington Eye Care is a fabulous practice! They took such good care of my pup when he had surgery. They got his appointment scheduled the same week, and were super nice. I knew he was in great hands. I also love that they itemize the bill so you know exactly what you paid for. They were also super affordable in my opinion. Highly recommend if your dog needs their services. Can’t thank them enough!
