★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Grateful for Compassionate and Competent CareI’m incredibly thankful for the professional and attentive care my puppy Ally received at ARISE Veterinary Clinic. The doctor conducted a thorough exam and quickly diagnosed an ear infection, something that had been missed just two days earlier at Queen Creek Veterinary Clinic. From the moment we arrived, I felt Ally was in good hands. The team’s competence and kindness made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. Thank you, ARISE, for treating my puppy with the care she deserves. You’ve earned my trust.
August 22 · Gala QThe entire staff at Arise ER were so kind, patient, and attentive! They were very thorough and spent a lot of time answering all of my questions-Which I really appreciated because i was very nervous dropping my dog off and having her sedated for an urgent unexpected surgery. My Great Dane is doing a lot better now, thanks to Arise! Dr. Perkins, the techs, and all the staff were amazing!
August 20 · Amanda Goldstein-KlokovExtremely Disappointing Experience – Would Give Negative Stars if PossibleI recently had a deeply upsetting experience at this facility that I feel compelled to share, especially for anyone considering bringing their pet here for care.I drove my critically ill dog over two hours from an emergency vet in Tucson, after being told by this facility that they had oxygen kennels large enough for a Great Dane. Upon arriving, I was informed that this was not the case, and I had been misled. I’ve had positive experiences with this vet before, but this time, the care was incredibly lacking. The issues began when I was presented with a bill that was explained incorrectly, with the technician failing to accurately describe the medications and treatments. I was also charged for an IV that had already been placed at the Tucson facility. When I questioned the charge, I was told it was a “mistake.”The situation worsened as my dog’s condition rapidly declined. The vet disappeared for over 40 minutes while we were left with questions and concerns. My dog was supposedly in ICU, but my family and I ended up having to care for him ourselves. He had vomited all over himself, and the techs not assigned to him seemed to not take notice or offer help until I asked for immediate help. This lack of attention was heartbreaking.Ultimately, my dog had to be euthanized that evening, and I firmly believe the lack of appropriate care played a role in his decline. But that’s not where the story ends. Two weeks later, I was devastated to find out that my dog was missing from their morgue. They had no documentation on his whereabouts and I was left waiting an entire weekend for answers due to their poor communication with the cremation company they work with. His medical notes were incomplete, and there were multiple things that were never documented. The only person who seemed to genuinely care about the situation was one nurse, and I truly appreciated her efforts. However, when I reached out to supervisors for an explanation, their response was simply that they would “talk to their staff.” This is not an adequate response when the trust of grieving pet owners has been shattered.I am heartbroken by the lack of compassion and professionalism I encountered, and I fear for others who may trust this facility with their pets’ care. Please be cautious if you are considering bringing your pet here—you deserve better.
August 19 · Lauren RHad to take a mama dog in for an emergency cesarean. She had given birth before but I knew something was off. She had a puppy who was stuck sideways in the birth canal. The arise team got me in immediately and took great care of me and my baby girl Lady. They were able to safely deliver her 3 beautiful babies! Their team was thorough and compassionate throughout the high stress situation. I was very impressed with everyone there at Arise. They will definitely be my go to for any urgent need. Mama lady has healed beautifully.
August 05 · Lonna ConnollyThey saved my dogs life. The urgent care we came from previously was a terrible experience and had no urgency as he was bloating—while we were on a ticking time clock and ARISE was a breath of fresh air being ready with a gurney, they were prompt and friendly and he got the ultimate care while he was hospitalized for a few days. We are so grateful he came out of surgery earth side. He’s currently healing and so far so good!
