One client, who had to bring their cat, Cloud, in for end-of-life care, described the staff as "Amazing." They expressed immense gratitude for the "great care and understanding" the team showed during one of the "hardest times" for their family. This kind of personal and empathetic service is a testament to the team's dedication to supporting pet owners through every stage of their animal's life, including the difficult goodbyes.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1From the first call into Banfield and making our appointment..... Amazing Staff! We had to bring our family Cat Cloud into the clinic as he was very sick from cancer. This was one of hardest times for my son and our family. Thank you all for such great care and understanding of our situation. You all deserve an award from the company and working on a Holiday!Cloud was our family RIP Buddy! 😔
May 27 · The Aussie American GDayI've been to numerous Banfield Vet clinics and even did some training at one when I was in Vet tech school. The experience has been generally positive with mostly good experiences. I do feel their services are greatly overpriced, which brings me to my next topic. Try are trained to push their "Wellness Plans" to customers. Especially when the care needed is too expensive for the average pretty owner to pay in a lump sum. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! The plan pricing is also inflated, giving the appearance of savings by being broken up into monthly payments. And the worst part is that their impossible to cancel. You have to call corporate to cancel, where they will inform you that you will have to pay the balance of services rendered. This will magically equal the same amount as the remainder of the wellness plan for the year. It's a cash grab and a rip off. If they didn't push this plan so aggressively to trap so many clients, I would've given a higher rating.
July 17 · Sandman SandersThis location is hit or miss. Used to have a wellness plan when she was a puppy. But now they seem to be challenged in retaining good vets. You can't select online the vet you want or even see what vets are available. Our visit this week is likely our last.I reached out per the reply below with more detailed information. I got an automated reply back that someone would be in contact ... nope.
August 26 · Raymond MohrmanAfter a year of being with Banfield I felt the staff was heavily pressuring me to resign and overall did not feel great with the care they provided for my puppy. I would only recommend for the first year of having a puppy and then not resigning. They are not very personable.
July 28 · maritza reyDo not go here! This vet office is the worst vet I have ever been to in my 20 years of pet ownership. They do not care about your concerns or answer any of your questions about their diagnosis process, testing process, or potential treatment options. They are not there to have discussions with you about your pet's health or well-being unless it can make them money. Their goal is to get you in and out as fast as possible while making the most money off of you. Many people working the desk are unfriendly and treat you like a burden. When you get into the meeting room, the unknowledgeable and apathetic vet techs plug your pet's symptoms into the computer, which tells them a list of potential tests that might be needed to diagnose the condition. However, even if the vet diagnoses the condition, they will run all of those unrelated and irrelevant tests any way and charge you for them. If you try to suggest they are unnecessary as the condition has been identified, they bully you, making it seem like you don't love your pet. You spend 95% of the time with a vet tech not trained in veterinary medicine, and 5% of the time with a vet who bullies you. I gave this office multiple tries, but I am officially moving to a different vet. This is not the place for a pet owner who likes to understand their pet's health and well-being so they can make informed decisions when treating their pet. I am not one to make Google reviews, but I want to inform my fellow pet-lovers of the potential experience they may have here.
