★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1If I could give 10 stars, I would!! The staff is friendly from the front door and the techs/docs in the back couldn’t be any better!! My sweet baby Tito is terrified of everything and everyone but he LOVES everyone at Community Animal Hospital!! It didn’t cost a fortune either which is ALWAYS wonderful! Thanks for another great checkup!!!
June 26 · Katie ParkerWe love Community Animal Hospital. They have been caring for my 3 dachshunds since tiny puppies - I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Not only are the doctors up to date on new courses of action, the doctors and staff are so caring!!
July 21 · Megan EckhartI can not compliment this office enough! I called in the am and had an "emergency" visit just hours later. Hannah was not only our tech but the same amazing person whom I had spoken to on the phone. She was clear and concise about pricing, procedures, and medications. She was patient and very loving to my baby. She was also incredibly knowledgable about everything we asked and took the time to educate and walk us through the medications. If I could give 6 stars, I would.
June 06 · Robin RiedingerTook my cat in for an exam because he’d been throwing up and not eating or drinking for days, was super lethargic and wouldn’t use the litter box. Took him here to see if they could give me even the slightest clue as to what was going on, they did a short examination and concluded that they had no idea what was wrong without further testing which is understandable, but that it looked like he had allergies and they really recommended switching up his diet... helpful information but I came to an emergency clinic for a reason, and Allergies are not the reason my cat is not eating...$350 later and I’m sent home with anti-nausea and GI support.. Waited the 24 hours to see if that helped at all but shortly after he was still throwing up, and getting visibly worse. At this point my cat looked miserable, so I opted to take him elsewhere for a second opinion where the vet was immediately able to tell that his intestines felt abnormal and advised me that the most affordable route to start would be with getting X-rays. X-rays immediately bought up the concern of a foreign body in his intestines, to which we were able to actually move forward with a solid course of action. So all thanks to Epic Specialty & Emergency Pet Care for being supportive, helpful and most importantly extremely knowledgeable about diagnosing my cats issues and symptoms as well as guiding me in the right direction for looking for more affordable clinics for his operation. My cat has now has had a successful surgery, minus the “help” of Community Animal Hospital. This clinic very much felt “Get in-Get out”, unless you’re willing to keep spending $$$ for testing since they have no real knowledge of diagnosing your pets. After finding out what my cats issue was and looking it up, all of his symptoms were exact, so it’s honestly mind boggling to me that a licensed and trained Veterinarian would have “no idea” what was wrong with my cat, while another clinic can tell the issue before even testing. If you can’t diagnose, offer testing for free or lower rates… Not everyone can afford to take out thousands of $$ in loans to save their babies life. Can’t slander the entire clinic for this error, but to the Vet that examined my cat and felt no blockage in the stomach nor could identify his symptoms, I simply say.. Do better… for the sake of your future patients.🙄
August 14 · sierra martinWe are grateful to have been recommended to see Dr Block for some higher needs by both of our dogs. Dr Block’s wealth of knowledge, her high level of compassion and patience, and her exceptionally kind and professional demeanor are just what we needed. Throughout our visits, she has always kept us informed for various testing procedures taking place, always giving detailed explanations for the rationale on tests and always asking our permission before proceeding. We also want to note and compliment the diligent history taking both by the vet tech (today was Alex) and by Dr Block. The attention to detail by both ladies at the front desk, including Nancy, are so appreciated. The entire staff has made us feel at ease and we know we are well cared for at CAH. Top notch service. Ten out of ten stars.
