However, it is also important to acknowledge feedback regarding certain operational aspects. As one customer review indicated, "They claimed they only accept prescriptions from Banfield—and the Banfield inside this store was closed! Every other place I’ve been to has accepted the same prescription with no issue. This seems like a shady way to push people into using their own vet service just to make more money. Really disappointing and frustrating. 👎" This highlights that while their OWP model offers benefits, specific policies around prescriptions or external documentation might be a point of consideration for some pet owners, emphasizing the importance of understanding their operational procedures.

Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
I came to this location to buy my dog’s prescription food. I had a valid prescription from his vet clinic and from Petco, but they refused to accept either. They claimed they only accept prescriptions from Banfield—and the Banfield inside this store was closed! Every other place I’ve been to has accepted the same prescription with no issue. This seems like a shady way to push people into using their own vet service just to make more money. Really disappointing and frustrating. 👎
Jun 12, 2025 · Natig AliyevThe visit today to review my pet's health on her birthday, now 5 years of age was extremely important to me. The overall care and advice I received today was excellent.
May 08, 2025 · BradfordFantastic staff! My baby boy gets great care and they make sure that all updates are explained and understood. Everyone we have met so far has been very welcoming. Highly recommend!
Apr 08, 2025 · Paula GonzalesEach one of these locations has been garbage. I kept my dog's Wellness Plan because services in Colorado were amazing, but these people do not care about our dogs. Each appointment I've made has always lasted 4+ hours because they schedule all these dogs at once without adequate staff. It's infuriating that my dog has to sit locked up for hours while they get to her because they don't manage time well. Stick to local vets, they care more.
Feb 05, 2025 · Jazmin ReyesTook my dog off due to a broken nail, we had trimmed it back, just wanted to make sure his quick was ok. They took it upon themselves to trim his nails, which would have been ok, had they not exposed a completely unrelated quick on a different nail. Then they proceeded to tell me that it was broken. Which it wasn't before we took him in. Never returning to this location.
