★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Max has been going to Banfield since he was 6 weeks old, he's now 7 yrs old. The wellness plans are great and of course you may get stuck on the phone holding ,they are very busy there, just because you don't see anyone at desk or waiting there,it's because they are in the back working. The staff is always respectful and has your fur babies best at heart. Thank you Banfield for all that you do . One more thing is that if your not able to get the best care there, they will send you where you can.
April 28 · Shana SaladinoI used to be a huge fan of Banfield dating back 3 or 4 years ago, but the quality of care and personnel has been below average since 2024. I ended up having to take my 6 pets elsewhere, far from bad diagnosis and the used car salesman approach each visit. I felt like I was a transaction more than a person. Which is sad because I was open to paying hundreds a month if it means the best care for my babies. I can no longer justify the costly bill for a below satisfactory approach to my furry friends.
August 19 · Isaiah WeatherfordI was prescribed one big of ringworm treatment medicine, but my kitten does not need much. I asked for small dose, I was told no, then I paid 80 bucks for 6 months treatment for two kittens…I came back and found a better deal, immediately called them back, they refused me to return the medicine even I have never used it yet. They offer free first visit, but they charge more in other service. Never go to places that only want to earn money like this. Very bad experience.
June 30 · Jing JiaoBanfield Optimum Wellness Plan is not what you think! You are charged full price for everything done to your pet. The 70 to 100 you pay every month is a payment plan towards to full cost of these services. You cannot cancel your plan until the amount is paid and you don't have access to this outstanding balance until you try to cancel your plan. IT IS NOT A SAVINGS PLAN AS ADVERTISED!This place referred me to the animal hospital called 1-20 Animal Hospital. Waited over 2 months for the appointment just for them to say that they don't have his labs and he needs more antibiotics. Absolutely no communication. BOTH OF THESE LOCATIONS NEED TO DO BETTER. Bombarding my phone will calls and texts and giving me Trevor's(Vet who works at Banfield) phone number is a solution. They are not honest people about pricing and do have good communication with their hospital partners. It's honestly sad about how much these doctors talk about being here for pets then Absolutely screw them over.
March 28 · Macie Ray-RamseyI cannot recommend this vet. It was incredibly difficult to get in touch with them. During my call, the receptionist put me on hold and never returned after a 20-minute wait. When we arrived for our appointment, I witnessed her doing the same thing with another caller, and the office didn’t seem busy at all.Once we were taken to an exam room, a “nurse” came in and started asking us about a subscription plan, which was confusing since it was our first visit and we were just looking for a routine check-up for my cat’s rash. They took my cat away for an examination, and when we wanted to accompany him, we were told no. I then heard someone exclaim "ouch!" from another room. When the vet finally came in, she seemed frustrated, implying that my cat was being difficult. She claimed she couldn’t find the rash, which was likely because he was anxious and wanted to be with us for comfort; I had to point it out to her myself. She offered no helpful advice and didn’t even weigh him. To top it off, they tried to charge me a significant amount at the end of the visit. Thankfully, I had a free first visit voucher because the whole experience felt like a waste of time.
