★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Took my cat here for an early morning emergency. Thankfully they were able to fit me in when I called and were very informative and caring throughout - especially with my cat that hates other smells/animals and they were sensitive to his needs. Vet bills are never enjoyable but I would says they are priced reasonably/middle of the field for expectations and were transparent about any costs for potential procedures (x-rays). They even explained the photos in great detail. Would recommend
July 08 · Caitlynne GoodlettBrought my dog in to get a checkup, flea medicine, and look at a lump that he had on his body. I came in on a slow day and in I was seeing somebody minutes after I arrived and left in less than an hour. Everybody from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor was very friendly and nice. My dog was very nervous and growled at the doctor, but she was very good with him and did her best to get him to warm up to her. When discussing the summary of the visit and my options, she was very thorough and helpful.
May 19 · Andrew MThe doctor has a special skill to work with my dog, who has ptsd and is fearful and aggressive to everyone. She is always patient, kind, and understanding of every situation. IThe staff has always been nothing short of respectful, helpful, and completely honest and upfront with me about everything. Communication is the key ingredient here.I highly recommend Central Animal Hospital. Thank you!
December 01 · MsLadie ClaireListen to me. I know people read a million reviews in this day and age..and i can only use the vocabulary available to us all to even attempt to sing their praises..and it ends up sounding cliche. But this is the BEST veterinarian clinic I have EVER come across in my almost 15 years of owning a pet. Put it this way, if they saw humans..I would drop any other doctor and make this place MY primary care physician for both me AND MY KID. I trust them THAT much. Top knotch knowledge and service at an affordable price. I'm never going anywhere else for my pets needs.
July 29 · AraceliDo not go there! I have been going to Dr Hultman for years and did not realize she sold her business. I took my dog in to get his teeth cleaning. First of all I thought it was kind of odd that nobody called me to confirm. When I dropped him off everything looked the same but the person at the desk was totally different. Nobody called me after his blood work was done or during his surgery. I called three times! They finally told me to come in at 3:00 and then shoved me into a room and I proceeded to wait for 45 minutes. I did not know if my dog was dead or alive. I then went to the front desk and said "I want my dog I want him now" and they placed me back in the room. By this time I knew my dog was dead I was panicking then some lady came in and told me he had 10 teeth removed! 10 teeth, they didn't even call to let me know that they would be pulling 10 teeth. I then went to pay (double the amount) and asked who is that lady and the man at the front desk looked at me blankly and he said "you mean doctor whoever she is". I said "where is Dr Hultman", "oh she retired didn't you know"? No! I did not know. My dog was supposed to have his exam as usual by Dr Hultman. Nobody called me the next day to make sure my dog was okay. So, they didn't call to confirm my appointment, they didn't tell me there is a new doctor, I sat in a room all by myself for over 45 minutes, when the doctor came in she didn't even introduce herself I had no idea who she was. They let me think my dog was dead, they pulled 10 of his teeth without calling me first and nobody called me after to make sure my dog was okay. I am so sad Dr Hultman is gone. But I don't understand why nobody told me. Do not go there! I repeat, do not go there. I have never been so traumatized!
