★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Zimmermann is hands down the best vet to exist. She used to be at another hospital but switched to this one, so we followed her! She never gave up on our dog when she was dying of liver failure when everyone else did, and guess what? SHE LIVED! We will forever be in her debt. Our dog is not friendly, but she tolerates Dr. Zimmermann to an astonishing degree. She is a wonderful person. One million out of ten recommend!
July 03 · ElshaVanessa was amazing! I needed my baby's medication refilled and she got me in and out. Employees like this need to be recognized and she is an amazing asset to this location. Thank you!
June 26 · T CarpVery clean office area, and receptionist was so nice and informative. She answered all my questions, and was happy to do so, as to where some people get annoyed. I would definitely recommend this Banfield animal hospital.
April 10 · Zalina GarciaI came here when my three smallest babies fell sick one after the other. The staff here were very understanding and welcoming. I’m unsure of all their names but the front intake lady was extremely welcoming and put me at ease even though I was worried sick for my babies. The vet techs Daisy and I think his name is Luca? were amazing. They explained everything to me in detail. Daisy was understanding and explained the home care routine with me to make sure I knew exactly what to do and was comfortable with everything. All three of my babies, TIGER, ROSIE & THOR pulled through and are thriving today because of the doctor and staff here. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!
June 11 · Nina RobinsonI brought my dog in with skin problems where he was losing clumps of fur and his skin was flaking. They were so condescending towards me and made me feel like a horrible owner saying that I wasn’t properly bathing him after swimming in our pool causing extreme dry skin. Couple months go by and another spot returns (after he hasn’t been swimming bc of moving) so this time I take my dog to my usual vet to find out my dog has had secondary staph this WHOLE time. My vet literally laughed when I told him the diagnosis bansfield had given me. I also hate how they take your pet back to see the vet without you. Why can’t the vet just come to the exam room? Why make the pets more uncomfortable than they already are at the vet by separating them from their owners? Safe to say I will not be returning to bansfield again
