★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This was our first ever visit to Banfield Pet Hospital. We had a great experience. Our visit was about 2 hours long which included a full check up, blood work and vaccines. Friendly staff. Great pricing with wellness plans and discounts. Convenient location.
March 10 · Irina Niki BykovaBrought by dog in today because he became very ill. Had to make the hardest decision of putting him down, the dr and nurse were the biggest blessing. They explained everything and were very compassionate. Thank you so much for everything.
August 28 · Sarah ClackFirst ever visit to this hospital and the vet tells us our cat might die in the next 2 hours or might not make it overnight based on the assumption that his electrolytes may be imbalanced. I'm not sure who this vet was as she didn't introduce herself and only told us she was new. Wanted to charge us $500 in tests and still wanted us to go the ER afterwards. Vet came back in the exam room after giving him an injection and said he might "pass away". Caused me and my sister immense distress and will not be coming back.
July 08 · Sophia PloegI purchased the wellness package, it is very expensive and does not cover what it says. The account department was very rude. Do not purchase it. They quoted me $1800. For dental care . I went to a private vet clinic and same service was $500. They miss diagnosed. Be wary if I could give 0 stars I would.
July 02 · Evon GossMy experiences here have been nothing but wonderful. I've had a couple issues come up with my cat, Klaus, and they've been able to give me answers and solutions that other vet clinics haven't been able to do! They are always friendly and listen to me. Klaus loves them and their plan is very affordable and has saved me $$ many times!!
