★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am BEYOND grateful with everyone there this morning. My puppy had an allergic reaction to his shots and my wife took him in. As soon as she got there they took him and took care of him. They explained exactly what was going on and were able to keep our puppy for a few hours until he was ok. My wife and I and so thankful with all of the staff at this location. They are the absolute BEST. Thank you guys so much.

August 14 · Laurie Thrasher (LA Thrasher)They were very informant and gentle with Poppy.
April 02 · Roxann JenkinsThe staff was quick and efficient! Took me in right away and was attentive to all of my concerns. The Pet Smart store is not the cleanest location but Banfield was great.
February 13 · Jennifer GallegosChoose a different Banfield location. My dog has been with Banfield for over three years now. We started off at the 19th Ave and Bethany location and the only reason we had to change locations was because we were moving. Which made 7th Ave the closest one. This location is still in Covid mode, they do plenty of drop-offs and if you want an in-person appointment the availability is tricky. Almost a year ago, I noticed my dog had a bump. I took him to this Banfield, and they let me know the bump is too small and to wait for it to get bigger. I did not like that response, so I did end up taking him to another veterinary hospital and they told me it had something to do with his skin. Over time, the bump got bigger. Brought him back to Banfield and sure enough, it was big enough NOW to sample. They let me know it could take a couple days to get the results back. A week goes by, and I CALL to get the results. When I call, I spoke to a guy, and he let me know he has the results but can’t go over it with me has to wait for the vet and he does not know when that would be. I let him know that this is very important to me, and it is my dog’s health. Why am I hustling for my dogs lab result's? I finally got a call back from the vet and she let me know that Romeo had a mass tumor, and it had to get removed immediately. Then she proceeded to ask me “When did you notice this bump?” LIKE WHAT? And I responded, “I brought him to you guys when I first noticed the bump on him and you guys told me to wait for it to get bigger, which I did!” and she responded “OK, OK.” I scheduled to get the tumor removed as soon as possible. I should have stopped going to them after this incident, but my dog is on their wellness plan until March. My dog had an appointment a couple days ago at this location for a Comprehensive Exam. They called me the day before and left a voicemail stating that I needed to call back before 3PM to secure his spot. I called (see attached) back at 11:15AM and the lady confirmed my appointment time. The next day, I go to my appointment at 4:30 PM and the receptionist told me I did not confirm my appointment, and they would not be able to take me. I explained to her I did confirm and even had the voicemail from you guys because I know I had to call at a certain time, and she responded with “Well I don’t know who you talked to, but your slot has been filled. You can wait if you’d like, or I can reschedule you. No apologies from her, nothing. I told her I will be going to a different Banfield location, and her responds was “OK, that sounds good”I never truly felt that this Banfield location cared about my dog, and I should have gone somewhere else after his surgery. Just wanted to give you guys my experience at this location and I love my dog too much not to share it with others. I would go to a different Banfield if you care about your fur-baby and want a better experience. I worked at a Doggie Day Camp for over 3 years, and this is not how they should treat their cliental – and this is a VET.
