★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I cannot say enough about the entire staff of Moon Valley. I have taken all four of my dogs and my cat here, and everything from larger procedures to check ups, they are always so friendly amd happy to see us the minute we walk in the door. Dr. Kelly walked us through every step and every option when one of my babies was fighting blood cancer and made a heartbreaking and terrifying journey just a little bit easier. Kayla, Hannah, Amy, Sally and all the techs are just absolutely the best, even when it comes to handling my giant, clumsy great dane who just wants pats and treats and will raid pockets to get it! They are always willing to take time to answer my questions and listen to concerns, I never feel rushed out the door. THANK YOU for taking such amazing care of all our fur-children!
August 24 · Hannah ShieldsMy other vet wasn’t available to get one of my cats in, so I called Moon Valley Animal Hospital and they luckily had an appointment to see her. The front office administrator was very friendly and kind. They got my Adeline back quickly. The assistant and the Veterinarian was very thorough and they helped me feel at ease. They gave excellent service and I would definitely go back if I ever had to. I would also definitely recommend their services to anyone who has a fur baby and wants a Vet that will provide excellent care.
July 10 · Amber Frederick-FlowerIn mid-July, we had to make the incredibly difficult decision to say goodbye to our cat after 17 wonderful years. The staff at Moon Valley Animal Hospital was compassionate, supportive, and truly caring throughout the entire process. A couple of weeks later, we received a beautiful thank-you and sympathy card signed by the team, which meant so much to us during a hard time. They truly went above and beyond. A special thank you to Sabrina and Steph for their kindness.
August 25 · Brandon MillerThis vet recommended we neuter our 4-5 month old Standard Poodle as first time pet owners because one of his balls didn't drop. We listened to them as professionals. After the fact, he was really sick and struggled to gain weight and eat foods that were fine before. He is much more anxious than his younger brother (also a poodle) and stuck at about 40-45 lbs with hip issues already compared to his brother who's a year younger, already 60+ and healthy.DO YOUR RESEARCH AND FACT CHECK (Standard poodles are recommended to get neutered at 12-18 months for fully developed bone and joints, cancer prevention, emotional control and more) 😓All about the money I guess
June 09 · Isaiah MoehringFront desk was wonderful. They made the initial appointment process very easy. I took both of my cats in for vaccine updates. However, they told me my younger cat has gingivostomatitis and the only treatment is to pull out all of her teeth. She's only 3! I wasn't offered to be shown what was wrong with her, just that I had no options and needed to pull her teeth because she's in pain.I took her for a second opinion this morning at another clinic and the new vet was stumped as to why my baby was diagnosed with such a severe oral condition. I was shown pictures of other cats that have the gingivostomatitis and my kitty had nothing that severe. She DOES have gingivitis, and I was advised to do more at-home care and schedule a cleaning. Much more reasonable than ripping out a young cat's teeth!
