★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Poor juju. I asked how my cats lungs looked, he said like an old cat's lungs. A week later, he died. My son brought his cat in and she was a little feisty. He got bit, made my son take his cat to the shelter and they killed her there the day he was to pick her up. She was perfectly healthy! No rabies. Dead now. He loves his dogs but, cats are another story in my opinion!
August 18 · Susan SivitsDr. Kyle, Pam, Lisa and Jojo are the best! They are very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and helpful. The costs for care here are reasonable so that you can afford to take the best care of your pets. I've been coming here with my pets for 35 or so years. That about says it all!
January 22 · Kathy HendricksonDr. Bell is ur good old “farm” vet. He understands that not all of us “common folk” can put a mortgage payment towards our vet bill - no matter how much we love our fur-babies. I’d have to file bankruptcy paying out what most vets ask for. I respect that he acknowledges that. His prices are very reasonable, he’s quick, friendly, efficient, along w his staff. I don’t like the fact it’s strictly walk-in, but I get it. If u love ur fur-babies, it’s worth the wait.
July 13 · Heather SotoI love taking my dogs here, however I wish they would post on their facebook/google when they are going to close for vacations, holidays etc. I tried to call and the line was dead, and then drove there only to find a sign on the door that they closed early and will be closed until September 3rd. This has happened twice this year. Very frustrating.
August 28 · Angelica TallericoLove everything about this clinic from Doctor Zach to the awesome techs that work at his side. Of course the prices are great. Love that you are able to walk in. If there are a bunch of patients ahead of you, it still takes almost no time at all to be seen (they even allow you to wait in your vehicle and are willing to call when they are ready for you. Great for apprehensive pets. My dog personally does not like other dogs, so it works out great.). Don't think that because it is a high volume walk in clinic that they do not care, because it is actually the opposite. I really do believe that they treat them as if your pet was a part of their own family.*Wanted to say that the negative reviews are mainly centered around the services that they are not able to provide and really have nothing to do with the care. Yes, there are services that they do not offer (Trauma needing imaging, labs, surgery), but that should not take away from the care they are able to provide. My advice is to CALL in and ask them if they are able to take on your unique situation. I understand that during something traumatic that you just want to go and get there. Save time and make that phone call if you have anything needing to be addressed outside of routine care. They will let you know if they are able to help. If they are not able to assist, the staff is knowledgeable and can point you in the direction of the nearest facility to meet your needs. This clinic is still #1 on my list for routine care (vaccines, wellness exams, medication for general illness, and the unfortunate need for euthenization). LOVE THE STAFF HERE!
