I took my cat in for an oil change and a tune up, and they noticed a bad spot on one of his wheels and fixed it for free! Topped off all his fluids and gave a full inspection, too. They recommended I start using the high octane fuel to keep the injectors and manifold cleaned up, say it'll be optimal for performance because they noticed some gunky build up in the cylinders and exhaust. Also sent me home with something to put in the tank that should keep the head cool under high stress conditions. Since I implemented the new service plan he's been purring like a kitten! I really let him open up too and let me tell ya, never seen such a smooth 0-60! A+ service and quality parts at reasonable prices. Their mechanics and technicians are incredibly kind and helpful. They are attentive and accommodating and respond in language that's easily understood and not a bunch of technical jargon to confuse you into buying something you don't need. The desk staff is helpful and friendly as well. Best shop I've used. You'll pay a little more than your corner guy but you see the difference and the workmanship is worth it. I won't be taking my speed demon anywhere else.

World’s best vet clinic! Both of my pets have gotten the best care here- all the staff cares for the fur babies like their own. I’ve even had a few rescues brought in last minute for emergency care and the staff are so accomodating. Not too awfully expensive either. I recommend this vet to everybody i know!

We’ve taken 2 dogs here and I highly recommend them. We lost our first dog to cancer in 2022, and they were so kind and compassionate. Gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. Our current dog is still getting used to the place, but they always take it nice and slow, and we never feel like we’re being rushed out so they can move on to the next pet. The staff is wonderful, the waiting room is comfy, and your pet will have a good visit if you choose Bethel Animal Hospital.

I brought my dog in yesterday for treatment of a blocked and infected anal gland. While she’s incredibly sweet, she can be sensitive about being touched in certain areas and doesn’t do well around other animals. The staff was very understanding and accommodating—they allowed me to check in while she remained in the car and called me once her exam room was ready to help avoid any unnecessary stress or contact with other pets.Once inside, every team member who cared for her was gentle, informative, and clearly dedicated to helping. They took her back to draw blood and express her anal glands—no easy task—but they handled it with professionalism and compassion. When they returned her to the room, they thoroughly explained each medication and even had the receptionist come into the room to complete my payment, again minimizing contact with other animals. They also allowed us to exit through the side door for the same reason.When I called today for her blood and urine results, the staff once again took the time to explain everything in detail and offered helpful guidance on next steps. As for pricing—I was pleasantly surprised. I expected the visit to cost more than it did.Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I’m truly grateful for the care and consideration they showed both me and my dog.

My mom has difficulty communicating in English fluently and they are always so nice and sweet to her. They are nothing but patient and always willing to help out. Their appointment system is really good and they can usually get us in within the same week! Their front desk people are really sweet as well! Thank you for all the work you do!!
