Boones Creek Animal Hospital Reviews
We've been taking our pets here for years. All the vets and staff have been awesome and they really know how to handle animals and they really understand them and care about them. Always positive vibes from this place. Clean bright and quiet for a vets office. I've recommended them to friends and got raving reviews back from them. Theyre the only place we will take our pets now unless they need emergency care at odd hours. They're the best!
Mar 22, 2025 · sarah smithI had been going to Boones Creek Animal Hospital for many years but I am going to change to another veterinarian place. I am so disappointed here. Staff is very rude. They act as if your bothing them when you call with a question. If anyone is thinking about coming here DON'T!! Go somewhere else. There all about the money they could care less about your pet. From the other reviews I've read other people feel the same as I do. If zero star was an option I would have selected that!!
Mar 01, 2025 · Linda CarperWe recently started bringing our dog here. We have had a good experience here. The staff have always been very friendly and have worked great with our dog.
Jun 26, 2025 · Kendria McNeeseCame in with my cat who had a blockage from a uti. They seen him and came in and exsplained the estimate for the procedure and they wanted 600$ deposit down and the rest at pick up. Told them I didn’t have 600$ and if they’d bring it down or even work a payment plan and they told me no and said they wouldn’t do the procedure to save my cats life without it. The lady with the trashy neck tattoos is making faces at me while we are all clearly upset and in tears cause they said my cats bladder is about to bust and will die if not fixed in the next few days but refused to treat him to save his life over money and tried to make me feel bad by saying that I should pretty much be ashamed that I don’t have 600$ to just throw at them out of the 1,300$ to save my cats life because I apparently can’t afford to take care of my cat like GREED is the only thing at this office and they should be ashamed to even say that I should put my cat down cause I can’t “ afford “ to take care of my cat. What a shame! Like this is a vet your supposed to take care and save animals not how much money you can get out of the procedure.Update to my last review:I found a vet that was willing to work me on a deposit and didn’t even mention putting down my cat for a treatable thing and let me put a deposit down in the amount I could afford atm till payday. Witch this place was all for treating my cat till they found out I didn’t have that 600$ down right then to save his life and refused to work me till I got paid that next week and then made it sound like it wasn’t treatable. I wonder how many other families this place had made feel this way and made them put down their loved fur baby while they were in an emotional state cause they didn’t have a large amount to put down immediately. My cat was treated by this vet we found and is thriving and living his best life. Go somewhere else that actually cares for your fur babys.
Jan 21, 2025 · Meghann AndersonPhotos of the good boys at the vet - I muzzle my dog for his and staff protection (:We just moved to Tennessee, and I was nervous about finding a vet (having worked in the field) that would be good. We got REALLY lucky first try. We’ve been twice, once for routine vaccines and heartworm things, and once for what could have been an emergency. Both times everyone was SO nice. The hospital is immaculate, the front and back staff are all lovely, and the doctors are so nice. Their willingness to slow down and answer my questions is great. Not once did I feel rushed even tho I had about a million questions after moving from the west coast.
