★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We couldn’t have asked for a better doctor and staff. Our 9 week old puppy was in a touch or go situation and as soon as they looked at her they immediately took charge and we got results in a very very timely manner. The doctor took the time to call a day later to check on her. We can say is AMAZING !!
April 23 · Sherry KThey always treat my cats so well! Amazing vet and front staff. They get down to the bottom of any issues and are kind to all of the animals. Price isn't bad at all either. I tell all my friends with cats to come here if they need a vet!
June 28 · Alicia LannanThey got me in for a same-day appointment within an hour of my call to inquire about availability.I needed to get my cat Onyx examined for an ongoing ear infection he's had for over a year now (life's been life-ing real hard and I couldn't get consistent treatment for him), and I have to say that every step of the way from the moment I walked in the door, I was pleasantly surprised.I was greeted warmly and sincerely upon walking in.I was only sat in the waiting room for maybe 3 minutes when the technician(?) took us to the exam room, and she was also very friendly and courteous (I'm sorry, I forgot your name already but it started with a K, maybe Kathy?). Onyx really does not like car rides and gets bad motion sickness, and once we got him out of the carrier inside we realized he had defecated. Without me even asking, the tech took the carrier and cleaned up the mess, put the towel I had in the carrier originally into a separate garbage bag, and put down some fresh pads in the carrier for Onyx. Absolutely stellar and considerate service that genuinely made me feel welcome and that my beloved cat was in good hands.Once we were in the exam room and got through the preliminary questions, it was again only a few minute wait for the tech to return with the doctor.I didn't feel like I was being judged for not being able to take efficient care of him while going through some tough circumstances, they were gentle and thorough with Onyx and cleaned out his ear well during the visit, and were calm and compassionate with him; very gentle unlike other places I've been. Oh; and they also wiped all the drool off of his fur as a result of his disdain for car rides.Best of all, the bill for the visit was much lower than I was dreading on the way there. All told it was a little over $103 (although of course this will vary depending on the animal and services needed I'm sure).Overall, I had an absolutely wonderful and expeditious experience with these folks and I can genuinely say I trust them with my pets and believe they care about more than just the money. Thank you for being a much needed breath of fresh air when it seems the world gets crazier and greedier every day.
March 18 · Alec GentryThis was our first visit to the clinic and we were so impressed! The staff was so nice and so sweet to us and our old senior cat! The doctor was very knowledgeable and addressed all of our concerns. Even our old grouch cat liked them! Can't wait to bring our other kitties in!
July 18 · Nicole DoveWe absolutely LOVE Bremen Animal Hospital. We've been taking our Great Dane, Sully, since he was a puppy. The staff is amazing and they always show so much love to our dog when he is there. We have always felt heard, supported and know that we can trust them to do a good job and take good care of our dog. When Sully was getting neutered I was really nervous leading up to his procedure. Dr. Kohler called me the morning of and took the time to educate and reassure me about the entire procedure. When we arrived, the vet tech, Kathy, made us feel extremely comfortable and took the time to walk us through everything that the procedure entailed. Not once did we feel rushed or questioned that our dog wouldn't be in good hands. They are always so patient, gentle and kind. Sully has also been seen by Dr. Gallatin when Dr. Kohler wasn't available. He was so nice, gentle and loving towards Sully. It really does show how much they care for the animals that come in! Everyone on the admin team is also so great! They are always so helpful and responsive! Thank you Bremen Animal Hospital for always taking such great care of our pup!
