★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Took my Shiba Inu here for a check-up after what appeared to be a seizure. The vet was very gentle and informative, and I left feeling reassured and well taken care of. I’ll definitely be bringing my cat and other dog here for their check-ups as well. The staff and veterinarian made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit.
June 07 · Esmeralda Romo LugoI only came to this clinic for boarding because our regular place was booked. We were required to make an appointment with the doctor and bring all vaccination records, which we did.Upon arrival, I noticed the waiting area was filled with small dogs, making a lot of noise. My dog is a big boy, 88-pound pit bull mix, he is a little over a year old. Knowing that my dog gets too excited around other dogs, I made the responsible choice to leave him outside with my friend, while I checked in to avoid any disruption or discomfort for the other owners. It became clear that LARGER BREEDS ARE NOT WELCOME at this clinic. We were there only for a routine check-up, which was necessary for booking a four-day boarding stay. When the veterinarian entered the room, she gave the immediate impression that she was disinterested and, quite frankly, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE around my dog. She referenced notes from a previous clinic that mentioned my dog doesn’t enjoy having his nails trimmed and isn’t socialized to play with other dogs. However, nowhere in those notes was there any indication of aggression or incidents of harm to staff or others.During the visit, my dog was his usual curious self, excited and sniffing around but never growling, barking, or showing signs of aggression. The vet reluctantly extended her hand for him to sniff but quickly snatched it back when he got close, making my dog nervous. Right after this, she told me that they couldn’t board him because "HE MIGHT BE AGGRESSIVE" and mentioned that they have high school students working there, as if my dog posed an inherent danger. She then walked out of the exam room, ending the appointment.I was shocked and hurt by this blatant prejudice. My dog has been to other clinics where he’s been treated with care and respect. At our regular clinic, the doctor sat on the floor to greet my dog and he kisses her on the face, he gives kisses to all the staff at our regular clinic! but here, it seemed that judgments were made based solely on his size and breed. The lack of professionalism and fairness is deeply concerning, and I cannot recommend this clinic to other pet owners, particularly those with larger dogs.
October 21 · Alexandra ShikhovaMy dogs have been coming here for years. I am so disappointed in their care now. My dog was very sick and we called about euthanasia. When my husband got there the girl at the desk insisted that he be weighed. The dog was sick and could no longer stand. A weight was done about 1 month ago. My husband was so upset about putting our dog through all this nonsense he decided to take him to another place where they never asked for his weight and took care of our sick loved one.
July 12 · Sandra MichalakThe vets are professional and competent. It is their receptionist that can be rude and at times condescending to the clients. A year ago, my dog had an adverse reaction to her meds and her face and tongue were swelling up. I called the vet and the receptionist told me that I should hurry up because they close at 4:00. I was so worried about my dog and rushed to the vet. When I arrived the vet told me that they closed at 6 and not 4. I told the vet to inquire as to why they lied to me. Today I called because my dog’s eye was irritated and needed to come in today if possible. The receptionist told me to come in at 545 before they close at 6:00. I arrived with my dog at 5:35 and the receptionist rudely raised her voice and told me that I was supposed to be there at 4:45! We are closing and you can come back tomorrow at 5:00! I was about to go and I told her that I arrived when I was supposed to and she didn’t have the right to be disrespectful and condescending. I insisted to see the vet. I saw the vet and related to her about her rude receptionist. Customers pay a considerable amount of money for their service. They need to hire mature, professional receptionist to treat people with respect.
January 08 · Marina MosqueraWe've been bringing our Aussie here for years, they're excellent vets and pricing is typical. ACL repair was done on our girl and they were very communicative and explained everything thoroughly and with consideration.
