★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Amazing compassionate sweet people... they were straight up with us and we felt comfortable leaving the well being of our baby in their hands. Andrea is a beautiful sweet soul and I would 100% recommend this place for your pets whom you consider family.
June 03 · Ashley HenryI wanted to share a disappointing experience with Bremen Animal Hospital. My Rocky was extremely ill and required urgent care. I took him to the ER vet late Monday night into Tuesday morning. They said he would be released at 8 am and needed to go to his regular vet, Bremen Animal to be seen and get more meds.Unfortunately, the level of service we received from Bremen was subpar.Despite Rocky’s critical condition, I was never called to discuss his status or treatment options. He was in their care almost 48 hours. I had to take the initiative to email and call the office a staggering 15 times before anyone would provide me with updates on his care, and even at that point, all that was said was he was “doing much better,” which is GREAT, but I wasn’t informed of that or what kind of care he was receiving. For all I know, he could’ve been dead the last 2 days.It was frustrating and stressful not being kept in the loop, especially given the severity of his condition. However, I do want to give credit where credit is due. Andrea, one of the techs, went above and beyond to acknowledge the poor service we received. She listened to my concerns, apologized for the mistakes, and even took the initiative to discount our fees, agreeing that we were not treated right. While I'm grateful for Andrea's compassion and professionalism, it's disheartening that it took her efforts to make things right. As a pet owner, you expect a certain level of care and communication from your veterinarian's office, especially during a crisis.I hope this experience can serve as a lesson for Bremen Animal to improve their communication and customer service. In the meantime, I'm sharing this story in the hopes that others can make informed decisions about their pet's care.
July 10 · Ashley JordanMy puppy had surgery done at this facility. It was my first time coming here and I specifically told them to call me when my baby was out of surgery. I called twice and emailed and heard nothing until the next day even after telling a vet tech to make sure they called me and I was assured they would. My puppy’s stitches came loose on multiple occasions even though she was wearing a cone the whole time and being watched I’m not kidding, literally 24/7. She got an infection from the surgery sight and was told she didn’t have any infection even though her ears were oozing green pus. I will say Andrea was a great vet tech and the only one we felt understood our situation and was kind to us. I have three dogs now and I truly think of them as my babies. Also, to all of the other staff, it’s a shame when others who work in this kind of field don’t treat your babies with respect.
July 28 · Kayla PerryMy dog has been seeing them for a while. My dog had got a clear ear infection does not take a veterinarian to diagnose an ear infection. There systems were down and refused to provide a kind of medicine simply because they wanted to charge the 65 dollars to even book an appointment. They don’t care and aren’t nothing but money hungry. I promise you my dog won’t ever be back.
June 12 · Ken CI wish I could leave more stars, but unfortunately I put an eminence amount of trust into their abilities, expertise, and professionalism and feel they completely failed myself and my pet. I brought him in as a walk in and was beyond thankful they were willing to see him and assess his condition. They ran lots of blood work but essentially came back with they had no idea what as going on but we're going to hospitalize him, however because it was the weekend he'd only be checked on twice a day. This was a huge red flag to me as he seemed very ill but I trusted that they were the experts and they felt this would be a safe and ok option to do for him. They should have been more professional and tested even more, and had given me the acknowledgment that he was too critical to be left alone like he was for over 12 hours. He didn't even make it through the weekend before he succumbed to his illness and yet I still had to pay over $700 out to them. I would have paid thousands for him to be saved and truly believe if they had been more professional and simply told me he needed more intensive care so I could have taken him somewhere else he'd still be here. They thought he was jaundice the morning before he died but WAITED.... for whatever reason decided to WAIT to rerun blood work only to return back to find he had passed in the 7 hours they were gone. I will never ever set foot there again. I trusted them, I believed in them and they failed me and my most beloved friend. They did a "free" autopsy and found somehow my inside cat who has never been outside caught parvo and died, something they didnt test for because they hardly ever see it. My heart is shattered and the hole left by his loss will never be filled, i will never bring another animal back there again. Ever. I'd rather drive an hour for a vet than to entrust them with care again.
