Under the leadership of Dr. Sharp, alongside esteemed colleagues like Dr. Patten and Dr. Holt, the clinic continues to uphold a standard of comprehensive and compassionate service. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Never again! I called and asked would they have any availability for me to bring newborn puppies to have their tales docked! The lady said yes, they could get them in today at 1230. My wife takes the dogs and of course she isn’t seen on time, no big deal!! After the procedure was finally done, the doctor brought the puppies back up to the front and my wife FaceTimed me to show me. I told the doctor that the tails were too long!! Which they were, some were shorter and some were longer. So I asked could you cut them shorter, of course he catches an attitude and has the audacity to say well if they have problems using the bathroom it’s not gone be on me!! Guy rather then catch an attitude how about you try and educate rather then dish smart comments. We are paying for the service if we don’t like it we have the right to say so. I’ve had multiple Rottweilers tails docked and they have never been that long, nor have I ever had to deal with a rude veterinarian like yourself. Whoever you are we will never come back, since “it’s not going to be on” professional clown! Maybe it was just my wife skin color
August 15 · Tyler RobinsonMy animals were patients prior to working at Caldwell Animal Hospital. (My animals previously saw a different clinic.) I've had years of HR experience, and never felt more at home - with equal compensation and an open door policy; than with this business under, Dr. Sharp. The constant growth and care we provide to each individual patient makes me happy to go to work. Never, ever before have I said that with any career moment thus far.I trust Doctor Patten, Doctor Holt, and Doctor Sharp with my own precious animals care, as the same to anyone and animal.A genuine review and a previous client and employee.
