My gf and I thought we really liked this place but it turned out they weren’t telling us that my girlfriends cat had really red gums until the last visit there! They put it in the notes back when the cat got spayed then failed to tell us but said your cat is healthy nothing to worry about even though the notes said otherwise! 4 months later we went back and a new vet told us my girlfriends cat has serve red gums and it was in the notes! Very sad about this! Also the one time my gf and I go there and this only happened once but it was so unprofessional and so uncalled for! One of the secretaries was not nice to us! She was saying my gf needed to sign papers that she already did but she was too lazy to look in the files! Instead was very rude to my gf and I! Never again will I be back here! - Lindsey Carmody
