McKean Veterinary Hospital Reviews
I've been taking my animals here for the past 26 years. They are knowledgeable, caring and efficient. Our current vet is Dr Greer. He is wonderful. So compassionate, and truly cares for our animals. I've never had a bad experience with any of the staff. I highly recommend them!
Apr 09, 2025 · Cyndy SimpsonAmazingly caring and patient. I brought a very anxious Aussie in for shots and they were able to work with him and recommend options to help with this anxiety. It can be so hard to get people to understand anxiety in dogs. We really appreciate your help and acceptance.
Feb 01, 2025 · Lacy TaylorUnbelievable, This place has been our vet for five years, And yesterday our dog lost complete control of his legs. He could not walk at all. Our family was terrified., We were able to get appointment the next day, but when they heard how scared I was on the phone, And how bad our lab was doing they told us to bring him in right away, It was 430 and they were at the end of their day. That did not matter to them they welcomed us in as we carried our hundred pound dog in our arms through those doors, The relief we felt when we got into that room was the heaviest weight. We left there. It was 630. We were sent home with medication and an appointment to come back the following morning, After Walt received bloodwork,a catheter to drain his bladder and a heavy dose of pain medication and anti-inflammatory, As well as antibiotics, This morning when I woke up and he was jumping on me to go outside, I was filled with joy and gratefulness! We are so blessed to have the greatest vet Around! Thanks Mckean Veterinary! Bless you!
