★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My sister and I have been here about three times before since our cat was having multiple health issues. With a heavy heart, we decided to come in today to have him euthanized. The staff is very friendly and the pricing is reasonable. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that while everything went smoothly, the wait time before being seen felt a bit long given the emotional situation.
August 23 · Ashly DelilahDr Brar was recommended to me by a friend to treat my dog Skye for a skin problem where her hair were falling out and she wasn't eating. He was able to quickly identify that she had a skin infection, was able to treat her, and she was back to her normal self a few days later. The staff were awesome as well. Empathetic and nice. He's a bit far for us but definitely worth the drive. We have our new vet.
July 28 · Jose GrayI’ve been bringing my two French Bulldogs here for several years, and the care has been exceptional. The team is always responsive, available, and incredibly knowledgeable about Frenchies. They treat every animal with genuine care and respect, and are completely transparent with pricing—only recommending what’s truly necessary for ongoing health and prevention. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
August 14 · Jeo RootThe most terrible experience at a veterinary clinic I have ever had. All these people care about is taking your money. They showed no compassion what so ever for me or my dog who was euthanized.Their prices are outrageous which is probably necessary because I doubt that they have many regular customers. I wish I would have read the reviews about this terrible place and followed people's advice to not to go there.I am a senior citizen on a fixed income but that didn't matter to them either. They had to get their $1,172.00 no matter what. I was also challenged to a fight by the office manager when I disputed the cost. The manager also threatened to call animal control implying that my dog may had been abused or that i was responsible for his condition. I had already paid an agreed on price when they came back and told me that they made a mistake and that I had to pay another $440.00 or I'd have to put my dead Mastiff back in my car and take home and bury him. They were also supposed to return items that were used to help get him in and out of my car and on their gurney. One item, a nylon rope, was not returned. When I called the next day first I was told that I needed to call back the night before to make sure that it wasn't throw out by the cleaning crew. When I debated that statement the lady I was speaking with changed her story and said it was toxic waste and that is why it was thrown out. I felt like I should have been compensated for the piece of rope , but she basically said that it being left behind and thrown out was my fault so they weren't going to pay to replace it.I brought my dog here hoping that he could be treated or put to rest peacefully and it turned out to be a nightmare like this!I would rate this place a big 0 if that were possible.
August 27 · Dave MurphyThey took my dog the same day we called. They checked him, gave IV and blood tests, and clearly explained what they knew and didn’t. The charge was reasonable. The next day, they called me with the test results and informed me of the next steps, including specialist costs upfront. I feel they are honest and do solid work. I highly recommend this clinic.
