★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I originally brought my indoor cat here for neutering because it was the cheapest option in town and had good Google ratings. But after the first visit, I ended up going to a more expensive clinic and getting him neutered there instead—and I’m glad I did.A week before the scheduled surgery, my cat developed diarrhea. I tried giving him Pro-Pectalin and Purina Pro Plan FortiFlora, but it didn’t help, so I brought him in to treat the issue and reschedule the neuter. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, and something just felt off.First, this clinic doesn’t offer any pre-anesthesia testing, unlike other vets. The doctor claimed it’s not useful or accurate, saying there’s no test that can predict which cats will have a reaction to anesthesia. They also don’t provide surgical cones, as they don’t seem concerned about cats licking the incision area.Second, the doctor seemed judgmental when I mentioned my cat came from a breeder. She immediately assumed he was sick because of that—even though I told her he’s been healthy, tested by multiple vets, and has lived indoors his entire life. Finally, the doctor refused to prescribe any medication unless he had a fecal transplant test, which felt extreme for a case of diarrhea. I was pretty sure it was due to a rapid food change since I couldn’t think of any other cause. However, it felt like it was her way or no way. On top of that, they said it takes about two weeks to get results, so my cat was expected to go untreated that whole time. When I hesitated, she left the room saying I needed to be “open-minded,” and I overheard her talking about me being indecisive with a tech outside.I chose not to do the fecal transplant test and tried the special food they recommended, but it only made things worse. He got more diarrhea all over the house. I ended up returning to my old vet, who prescribed a simple medication that cured my cat’s diarrhea within a day. While the price here might be lower, the doctor’s attitude and approach to care didn’t work for us. I’m never bringing my cat here again.
July 23 · Jieun KimOwner loves cats and so does the entire staff, your fur baby is in great hands here. Did an amazing job on my cats surgery when we found cancer in her leg and had to get it removed, such great vet for our family!
August 02 · Dylan TroyerThis is the best clinic in the state of WA to bring your cat too. They are friendly, kind, caring, empathetic, and supportive. We had to bring our sick kitty here and unfortunately we had to say goodbye, but we are confident the Doctor and team tried everything in their power and conducted every test to understand what was wrong and try to treat our baby boy. They recommended the best options and sent a thoughtful sympathy card in the mail during the difficult time of grieving. If your cat needs care, bring them here! You will not be disappointment. They are the best of the best.
April 19 · Sarah ToleBeen brining our cat here for a few years. It’s great. Very knowledgeable. He got very sick at one point and they saved his life. Won’t take cats anywhere else. Love the cats only situationThey do sometimes have kittens running around the waiting room so beware if that stresses your cat out
October 24 · CassandraDr. Gawley truly cared for my sick cat till the very end. We made frequent visits trying out everything we could. She would reach out during the week to see how our cat was doing on medications. We will still be going in for our other cat for normal checkups. Your cat is in good hands here
