★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We love this vet. All of the staff and doctors are always nice and kind. They talk through the problems and options clearly and tell us the price first. Depending on your budget and opinions, you can choose what to do for the pets, which is very nice. Once we had to wait for a while to get the exam result, (it is usually very quick, but only this time, they had issues with a machine) they checked in on us often and make sure we are comfortable waiting etc. My cat got some treats, and she was happy. We really appreciate their deep care and support for our cats. Thank you for everything.
July 11 · Sachie TunickDoctor and staff were very kind!. She loves it there. They got her paw feeling a lot better. Now she can run around the beach again like new.
August 28 · HM KarnthongI should have never went back after Dr. Choi incorrectly filled our international Health certificate for our dog, we didn’t get the documents in time and screwed up our entire travels.. i asked multiple times if the appointment I set would be enough time for documents to arrive.. but I hoped her surgery skills were better than her knowledge of international travels. We’ve been going here for 3 years. Well she left and no one informed me that a different doctor would be performing my dogs Neutering. I specifically told the vet tech he was already microchipped. They put another Microchip in. Never looked at my dogs chart. I spoke with the Clinic Manager and Vet who both told me they looked at the “summary list” WHY ARE YOU LOOKING AT THE SUMMARY LIST AND NOT PATIENT CHARTS WHEN OPERATING!? Who ever created the summary list of procedures to be done on Leo never checked his chart that he was already microchipped. The nurse who took him back didn’t bother to check when I clearly told her he was microchipped. I was never informed or consented to having this procedure done. The doctor didn’t check his records or use the scanner to check his shoulder if he already had a microchip (1 second ordeal). They made up excuses of how “microchips can travel” so i had them check on Leo and sure enough they were side by side. This is disgustingly how sloppy of a job you can do to a poor animal who cannot fend for itself. The doctor assured me that “stray dogs overseas have 2 microchips and are perfectly fine”. That’s not why I spend thousands of dollars to make sure my pup never has to endure that but thank you for your condolences. Find a doctor who takes the extra second to looks at your pets charts. This place is not it. The collar my dog had on said he was microchipped… pure negligence. :(
April 03 · Liliya SpasicI recently brought my eight-year-old cat in due to some health concerns. My cat can be very aggressive, which makes vet visits stressful for both of us (and sometimes for the staff, too). Dr. Paulsen was incredibly patient and calm throughout the entire visit.Even though he wasn’t able to complete a full assessment because of my cat’s behavior, I really appreciated how he respected my cat’s boundaries and kept the experience as low-stress as possible. He also made me feel comfortable and listened to every concern I had. I felt heard and understood, and we worked together to create a care plan for my cat. I couldn’t be more grateful for his approach and professionalism.
August 29 · Jamie RussellDoctor John was so informative kind and considerate.I was very worried about my cat,due to loss of weight. He had the blood work done quickly, so I could get medication as soon as possible.I highly recommend North Creek pet hospital.
