McClelland Small Animal Hospital Reviews
I started to go here because I adopted my dog through the Buffalo Animal Shelter and they offer a discount with them for adopting. My dog gets nervous around other dogs, and they are super accommodating with that. They allow me to do a call check in and then enter though the garage door when they are ready to take him back. They also cash me out inside the room too so that I don't have to stress my dog out more when we are there. My dog loves the staff and everyone there is so nice. I love going there cause sometimes as a pit bull and reactive dog parent, so many people will judge you and be rude but the staff there are so amazing and they make me feel like I'm a good dog mama. I highly recommend them especially if you have a reactive dog. Thank you for taking care of Buddy Ray.
Jun 10, 2024 · Heather MurphyWe have always brought both of our dogs here (for nearly a decade). We have been treated with nothing but the utmost respect and kindness. If we could give them TEN stars, we certainly would. From the front desk to the veterinarian we see, himself… great, great, GREAT experience every single time. Definitely recommend!!! 100 out of 100! We loveeee McClelland’s and so do our dogs! 🐾
Feb 07, 2025 · NopeeeVery uncompassionate people every time you call, they can't get you in for a month or two, and then they say, well, if you want to pay a hundred and twenty five dollar emergency visit fee, we come in, they do that all the time. The place just isn't the same anymore never take another one of my pets there.. All about the money, like with everywhere. Else shameful? And they say they care about pets, if you've got the money they care about pets
Mar 26, 2025 · Christopher OrazioHad to put my dog down unfortunately but the staff was great with Leo. They were very compassionate, realistic about his prognosis and treatment, and offered a work discount for the services. I received my dog's ashes in a nice box with a locket and his paw print. They sent me a sympathy card in the mail as well. They made a very hard and overwhelming situation go smoothly.
Nov 03, 2019 · CHRISTINA GRAYJust moved my dog here and it was a breath of fresh air. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and have my and my dogs best interests in mind
