★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Our experience at the Center for Bird and Exotic Animal Medicine was absolutely outstanding. They took such great care of us under very difficult circumstances. We had a sick bunny and we were out of the country and our daughter had to deal with the situation on her own.I was able to speak to the vet and she informed us of the situation regarding our elderly bunny. It was evident that putting our bunny down was the most humane thing to do as she was not going to get better.Their care and compassion through the whole situation was truly remarkable. They explained the whole process and our other daughter was able to say goodbye via FaceTime.I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or more caring situation during a very sad time.Lastly they placed our her body in a box with her name on it so we could bury her at home.A week later we received a lovely card signed by the staff expressing their condolences, this simple gesture of sending a card truly shows the character and care that they have for our animal friends and pets.
July 09 · Steven GunningI brought my bearded dragon, Slinky, in at close to 1am because he had accidentally eaten a tissue and couldn’t pass it. The staff were amazing and very caring, even at such a late hour! They cleared Slinky’s obstruction without surgery and he has been back to normal since. I will definitely continue to use their services. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby boy!
June 16 · Tia WayDO NOT RECOMMEND!!! AT ALL!!!Please if you love your pets like your own child, DO NOT GO TO CBEAM. They’re the most scandalous vet business I’ve ever dealt with besides insurance, seriously. Why try to take advantage of poor people with good intentions that comes to you for help? Try to push all these expensive treatments and care plan that honestly, your pets don’t need. They try to push for a CPR, fecal analysis, serum Chemistry, CBC and all sorts of scams that my chameleon don’t need so, I declined everything but the CBC. But even after the CBC test the result came out normal and no evidence of systemic infection was found. I meannnnn, I’m a little confused at this point. Why would the doctor recommended all the other BS after finding out there’s nothing wrong with him internally? That don’t sit right with me up till this day. Not to mention, my first chameleon they couldn’t save because they chose money over saving a life. That’s all I got to say about this place and I’m never going back ever. Thank you!
July 15 · Elisa LeoIt can be hard to find good vets for my ball python and tortoise, but CBEAM exceeded my expectations! They have an excellent facility and staff - Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and they treated my pets with great care. I would definitely recommend CBEAM for owners of reptiles!
July 03 · Kaitlyn ScottOur Hamster, Biscuit, was extremely sick and we brought her in during the emergency overnight hours. CBEAM is very transparent about their pricing up front so there aren’t any cost related surprises. The staff, even though extremely busy, didn’t make us feel rushed to make any particular decision. Our pet was a very difficult case but they navigated it with extreme care, precision and thoughtfulness. Their entire team is prompt with communication and even set a room aside for us to come visit during her hospitalization. Even though it looked very dire we were able to bring her home yesterday! Thank you to all the staff at CBEAM!
