★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Horrible experience! What started as a normal visit turned into a nightmare the moment I signed up for their so-called “wellness plan” for my cat.The entire clinic feels like a scam. Everything seemed fine at first, but after enrolling in their plan, I realized they’re using it as a way to overcharge and mislead pet owners. It’s clear they are abusing the system for profit.I was charged for services I didn’t agree to, given expired medication for my cat and treated with complete disrespect when I raised concerns. This is not just unprofessional it’s dangerous and unethical.
August 11 · hina abbasThese people are incompetent! I took my dog in 3 weeks ago for refill of his medication and have called them 6 times between that appointment date and now trying to get them to approve it. They keep denying it saying he needs an exam THAT HE HAD ALREADY HAD! The 3rd time I called i spoke with a manager. The 4th and 5th time I called I requested to speak with a manager and was told they were too busy to talk to me but the issue would be handled. I have NEVER had so many issues with a vet. I even signed up for their wellness plan and severely regret that now.Several prescription items were recommended to me during the appt and everytime I'd ask if it had chicken in it (my dog is very allergic and I was starting cytopoint injections for him that day for allergies) and they told me they didn't know and I had to do my own research! I'm sorry but I am paying you for an exam and advice and I expect QUALITY! I was a vet assistant for many years and I'd never recommend a product to an allergy dog without noting what was in it first and I as a receptionist would never NOT call a client back that is upset and leaving voicemail every few days. They sent home denamarin chewable (found out he has some liver issues) which I opened then thought "maybe I should research first" yep, it had chicken. I called to tell them that I needed the medication refilled, and that I needed different denamarin because he's allergic. They kept telling me that his body won't recognize it because it's broken down so much but my dog is so sensitive he can't even have a HP chicken flavor food. He eats VEGETARIAN and i was starting allergy shots so why the heck would I want to give him something that would make it hard for that shot to work? Doesn't make any sense. And I STILL don't have the right one! I unfortunately couldn't get responses from them and I'm worried about his liver so I just started giving him the chewable. These people are the worst vet I have ever been to. I am so upset that my dog isn't getting the care he deserves when I'm just trying my best. Maybe this crappy review will get you guys to respond to me and I might take it down 🤷♀️ Show you guys can be professional. My last resort is driving to woodinville from ARLINGTON just to get ya'll to actually talk to me.
April 13 · Justine MckoonBanfield always served my dogs so well. I went through a bad experience in Mill Creek location twice with the doc, besides that the front desk girls are amazing. Always happy, ready t helps, to answer questions.Banfield in woodinville are 100%! From now on I will only take my dogs there.
April 24 · isabella graboskiI do bring my dogs in for their check ups and pay a monthly fee but I feel good about they are open 7days a week.If I move to another state all the paperwork is online at each petsmart store.I can't afford huge bills also so this helps a lot.
July 25 · Mr DaveLong waiting time. Should hire more doctors to take care of pets! We need to wait more than 30mins after check in. Doctor never comes in on time!!
