⭐️⭐️ (2 stars)I’m giving two stars due to a mix of concerning experiences. First, during one visit, my dog came back with a hurt paw. On top of that, I received a call from the front desk telling me they close at 5:15pm—even though the doctor had just told me they close at 6pm. When I mentioned I planned to pick up at 5:30, the staff member insisted they’d be closed, and when I brought up what the doctor said, she quickly backtracked. The tone of the call felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.I do want to acknowledge that the doctor called personally to discuss one of my dog’s liver levels, which I appreciated and found reassuring. However, in a previous visit, my dog returned missing her front teeth. I was told they “just fell out,” but I can’t help but wonder if something else happened—perhaps she tried to bite someone and the teeth were pulled. The lack of transparency has left me uneasy. While I appreciate the vet’s attention to my dog's health, the overall communication and experience with the staff have raised enough concerns that I’m not sure I’ll be returning. - Claudia Braz
