Norwalk Animal Hospital

Update: my dog was diagnosed with cancer at an emergency vet but could have been diagnosed while we still had a chance to help him. Because of Nicole’s pettiness I was not able to potentially save my dogs life. She was so incredibly rude, no compassion and I would never recommend this vet to anybody. Again they are NOT good people.I had a very disappointing experience with this animal hospital. Not only were they unprofessional in their verbal and written communications they literally tried to charge me $120 because I was running late for 1 of 2 appointments (which I could’ve still made it to) when the exams themselves would’ve costed about $200. Who charges a 50% late fee for a vet appointment? They also kept telling me they hadn’t seen my cat before and she had definitely been there in the past. I won’t be taking my animals back here just on principle that they aren’t good people. - Paula B
