★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Brought my kitten, marble, here for a check up 9 months ago (she was born in somebody’s back yard). Staff were very kind and patient! You could tell they love animals! A few months later due to a unique condition, we brought Marble for an emergency spay. She ended up needing two surgeries (the first one was a spay but it didn’t heal correctly because her incision opened due to the swelling caused by her condition BEFORE the procedure), but after the second surgery, they cleaned up the area and used a different type of suture and her recovery went amazingly! They went above and beyond for her and I’m extremely grateful because she was the first kitten I’ve adopted younger than 6 months. They also helped us deworm her of 3 different parasites.
August 24 · Stephanie AdrianneThe absolute BEST vet and boarding! They are so thorough and have always gone above and beyond for our 6 pets. They give diet instructions for the actual food you feeding with their weight, cost estimates as you’re going through treatment and a lot of helpful papers to read about the stage your pets in and future stages so you know how to best take care of and prepare for your pet’s future. I never worry about boarding my dogs because they send pictures every day and will setup vet appointments if something comes up. All in all, 100% in every avenue and I’m a vet snob!! Can’t recommend this practice enough!!
April 09 · Amy ChewningBest vet clinic in the area! We have been with them for over 20 years and the staff is amazing! Dr. Hayden and Dr. Reidel are so compassionate, and you can tell they love what they do. I wouldn't go anywhere else and recommend them to everyone I know! Driving from the Little Creek area is worth it to ensure quality care for our pets!
February 19 · Jeannie TurnerWe have been taking our dog to this clinic for years. My husband took him in for his usual annual appointment. They said he had a bad ear infection so we paid for medicine drops and ear cleaner. They said he needed a follow up appt in two more weeks which my husband didn’t think would be another additional charge. My husband treated Theos ears for two weeks like he was told. When he went in they said his ear was still infected and injected another cream that would last a month and set another follow up appt. I can’t believe how much they are charging to have us come back each time is $70. So this follow up appt cost us $180 just to inject cream in one ear. I have a newborn child and don’t need the additional expenses they are charging. I don’t understand why the recent cream wasn’t injected in the first place. Very disappointed. My dogs name is Theo Bryant and they have it now in the system as Theo Mihalyo. After looking at the reviews seems everyone had the same issue with how much they charge. Everyone wants to take care of their pet but they should have better procedures. Now I have spent almost $800 at this vet. Looking into changing my vet now after this horrible experience.
June 16 · ABMI am on a budget currently and everything is so expensive here. It's like they won't even spare a freaking dollar. I just paid 600 and something dollars my last visit to have another cat shaved that wasn't even mine that was badly matted. My cat is in pain and he was on a medication that was working and for no reason at all but to charge me more money I guess, they changed the same medication from the powder he was using very well to a liquid I know he will never take. What cat likes strawberry or banana flavor? 🙄. Not mine! And every time I questioned it two different ladies completely changed the subject one even said they'd keep it the way it is. But after I asked repeatedly to keep the cost as low as possible. (My first quote was 421 my ending balance 554) and having it go so much higher u'd think they wouldn't mess with a medication that was working. That has an upcharge over 10$. 10$ is a lot when u didn't anticipate ur bill going up over the 100 that was quoted before ur appointment. I'm irritated and will go somewhere else that can actually hear me when I talk!
