★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I just simply went in to have my pet bearded dragon’s nails clipped and the tech accidentally cut Spyro’s nail a little to close so I called central animal hospital in carbondale and they told me to bring her back and the would put some medicine on it to get her claw to stop bleeding and they apologized for that happening to her they made everything right and they genuinely care about the animals they tend to and take care of, they even sent me home with some meds for her in case it started to bleed again and to cut down on the possibility of infection. 10 out or 10 would definitely recommend to anyone with animals. They are amazing.
April 21 · Rachel FlanaganI leave all the stars. They are amazing! Dr. Callie and the tech Natalie who came in after hours for an emergency call to help my dog who was having severe seizure and helped keep her comfortable and did everything they could to help her. They gave us amazing recommendations to take my dog to for more specialized care, on top of educationing me about the seizures and how to handle them. Dr Callie thank you so much for helping my puppy till 2 in the morning and thank you so so much Natalie for staying overnight to watch her. It was kind of expensive but your going to get great care and in my opinion it's completely worth it. They communicated with our regular vet and with the veterinarian institute of neurology to make sure everyone had the correct information for me. They were calm and patient and so CARING. Even after leaving their office they asked for updates just to know how my puppy was doing. I have nothing but great things to say about them and their team.
June 25 · Savannah RuggeriEveryone was very kind to me and Penny. They answered my questions and were eager to work with me and my budget to make sure Penny gets all of the preventative care she needs. They are transparent with their prices and the technicians and Veterinarian handled my pet with TLC. Central Hospital for Animals in Carbondale was highly recommended to me, and I highly recommend them, as well. Thank you for taking such good care of Penny.
July 22 · Michelle CollinsThe other night after our evening walk my little dog, Jackie must have eaten something off the ground and a few hours later began vomiting at both ends. He could hardly walk and I have no idea what he got into. I called several clinics and was told they had no openings even after I told them he was dying (where is the compassion)? I called Central Hospital for Animals at Carbondale and Dr Cook told us to bring him in. They checked Jackie out and called their hospital in Herrin to tell them we were on our way. Everyone was so nice and compassionate. They kept us informed as to his condition and let us visit with him. Jackie is his old self again. I highly recommend Central Hospital for Animals. Thanks Y'all!
September 25 · Richard HarrisAll of the doctors here and their assistants have been the kindest gentlest and loving people to me and my furr babies. I had to let my baby girl Lola go yesterday. Dr. Talley and her assistant were so comforting patient and assuring through this difficult time and made it as painless and peaceful as possible. Several of the girls there have watched my pets when I went on business trips and vacations. You've helped us through several medical issues in the past and have always been very upfront and honest with me what needed to be done. I can't thank you all enough for the care and support you've given me and my babies through the years and would not consider anywhere else to take my babies for care. God bless you ♥️
