Genuinely nice and caring people! Dr Dugan and her staff treat their patients as if they were part of their own family. Binx is the most affectionate Kitty but he was a little skeptical being in a new hospital and was a bit cranky. Shavon the Vet assistant and Dr Dugan’s patience waiting until he was comfortable impressed me the most. The facility being top notch was a very close second. They are clearly honest and knowledgeable. If you are a pet parent in South End Charlotte you will not regret introducing your fur baby to Dr Dugan and her staff! - Nate
