★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- We love Dr. Flaum and the staff at Columbia Animal Hospital. With three dogs, 2 of them elderly and on medications, we're there a lot. Our dogs all love going to the vet now, even the one who was a little nervous the first couple of times and they have always been great about fitting us in. February 19 · Alison Gauch
- Dr. Flaum is the worst vet I have ever met. His people skills are completely lacking, but more importantly, he is terrible with dogs. We have been going to his practice for the past 13 years, for the sheer convenience. Our dog only requires a yearly visit because she is so healthy but this last week we called for an appointment for the signs of a UTI. After 13 years of service, Dr. Flaum refused to see her because he was going out of town for two weeks. He wouldn't even examine her because he said the cultures wouldn't be back in time. Rather than referring us to another vet, he told us we could go to the ER. Well, we are finally done with Dr. Flaum. Good riddance. He is the worst vet I have ever met. Long story short, we got an appointment with my parent's vet in Freeburg and he was amazing. Diagnosed a UTI in a couple of hours and prescribed an antibiotic. Well, after 13 years we can finally be done at Columbia Animal Hospital. Don't waste your time or your money. Dr. Flaum is terrible! December 27 · Tanya Kelley
- I was really happy with our experience. The staff was super friendly and handled our dogs with such ease and care. There was a level of professionalism to which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be coming back. September 25 · Tatiana Bilicki
- Had 2 appointments today and my puppy was excited! Just needed a shot and the staff made the process so simple I don't think she even knew she got the shot. But then we had another appointment to put a long time family pet to sleep. The staff was very caring and sympathetic in a genuine way. I really appreciated how much they were involved in not only keeping the animal comfortable and at ease but my mom and I as well. I would recommend this vet to anyone who wants a vet that genuinely cares because that's what I saw here and it is rare.Support good people with good businesses! Before we run out of them! - Excellent veterinarian! We love Dr. Flaum and team. Very happy with our experiences here. 😃🐕 October 04 · Paul
