★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Two years ago, I would have given this office five stars. The staff is polite and very accommodating and the veterinarian I used to see there was knowledgeable and friendly. However, today I saw Dr. Brooks, a veterinarian I had not seen before. I don’t know how to even put into words how condescending this man was. I was absolutely stunned at the treatment that he displayed. Simple questions were met with impatience and sarcasm.I shared this feedback with the office manager who was extremely apologetic. I get sometimes people have bad days and a certain level of compassion and understanding should be given to those who are this unpleasant; however apparently this isn’t an isolated incident. Another member of the staff shared with me that this is not the first time a complaint like this has been made about Dr. Brooks. If I go back, I will ensure that I don’t see this guy again. The whole experience was completely unnecessary.

May 29 · Michelle SchneiderLove this place! They treat my animals well and they are very fair priced! I have recommended several people here and they were also very pleased. The vets here are knowledgeable, they make recommendations but aren't pushy and leave the decision up to you.
April 15 · Shannon DanaeMy CAT BEAR, SAW THE VET THERE AS AN EMERGENCY , BLADDER THIS VET WORKED SO HARD ON HIM, HE WAS AMAZING. BEAR CAME HOME, GREAT. June 07 · Cindy WhitakerI have been a customer for 10 years. I took my dog for a vaccination and got charged $85 for a "check up visit" that lasted 2 minutes! New doctor was pretty rude answering some questions and he did not provide all the information. I'll take my dog to a new vet.
