My pups Star & Stitch went in for their wellness exam and vaccinations. The entire staff are kind and understanding to my pups needs. As most pups, the vet can be very stressful. Dr Rand was compassionate and gentle during their exams. Dr Rand calls me personally with blood work results. The staff will always follow up to make sure they’re doing good after their visits.

I took my baby Melody with this place and they treated her with care and gentleness, it was hard for me to trust with my baby since she is a runt and very fragile. They took good care of her getting her spayed. Would recommend this place for rabbit parents. Very impressed with my return back to the All Creatures. Staff was SOOO CUTE IN MAKING OVER MY DOG WHILE THEY EXAMINED HER. I HEARD IT FROM THE ROOM WHILE I WAITED AND WAS VERY PLEASED. Dr. Chablis was outstanding and gentle but firm with Snow and staff was very thorough in addressing very complex concerns. Thank you and God bless you!

I followed Dr. Cheryl Wood here from her last post because she is simply wonderful - caring, knowledgeable, gentle, thorough, and generous with her time. I received both an email summary of the visit and follow-up call from the DVM herself. This is a great office overall, in fact! Absolutely TERRIBLE experience! Took my bunny here for a wellness exam and nail trim, and they made him bleed during the trim. I was horrified. On top of that, they take your pet to the back where you can’t see what’s happening—completely unprofessional and unsettling. I do not recommend this place at all. Do NOT trust them with your pet!
