The environment is quieter, calmer, and more suitable for a cat’s sensitive nature.

- Support for Difficult Times: The clinic's support for pet loss and chronic illness management is a testament to their deep compassion. A review mentions the staff was "extremely patient, supportive, and helpful" during a cat’s final months with cancer, which is invaluable to a grieving pet owner.
- Environmental Enrichment: The focus on environmental enrichment, which is a key part of feline well-being, shows a holistic understanding of a cat’s needs.
While one review mentions a negative experience with a specific receptionist, it is important to note that this is an isolated incident. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was picking up my cat. I told the receptionist the cat's name, and she immediately asked me to pay within one minute. I told her I had paid an advance and it needed to be subtracted. She immediately said, 'I said the total, and you'll get an itemized bill.' The payment terminal said 'card approved,' but she claimed she couldn't see the payment processed. She then checked with another staff member, who explained that the advance needed to be subtracted, which was why the payment didn't go through. She wasn't even listening to me and didn't show any respect; she was just making things up as she went along. Then she checked with an IT staff member, and the IT person told me that the payment didn't go through due to a system error. While I was standing in front of her, a phone call came in, and she answered it without saying 'excuse me' or offering any courtesy. The other staff members were free, though.
June 12 · Bala SundarrajThis is the best cat clinic ever! I would not take my cats anywhere else. Dr. Steinberg & Dr. Evans are compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. They are extremely patient and take their time with you. We had a cat that was diagnosed with cancer and the Dr.s and staff were extremely patient, supportive, and helpful navigating his final months with us. If you are looking for a vet that specializes in felines, look not further. So happy our new babies will be receiving care from them.
May 29 · Lauren MirallegroThe most compassionate and professional cat clinic I’ve ever been to. I took my cat (Cielo) to get spayed and not only did they do an amazing job but they thoroughly checked and ran tests to ensure a successful, safe surgery. Since the first visit he made us feel a great sense of relief. Dr. J. Burner explained everything about the surgery which left us with a great sense of tranquility. Dr. Burner called before the surgery to let us know about some issues regarding her health and to ask us how we wanted to proceed. After the surgery, he called right away to let us know everything went well. The staff is also very nice and checked in with us the next couple of days after Cielo’s surgery. My husband and I are very pleased with the amount of empathy we received from the doctor and his staff that we referred them to our daughter. This has now become our family clinic, we will continue to bring our cats here ☺️
September 27 · Grsl PSI went to Cat Clinic because I assumed they were cat experts. They did a terrible job at handling my cat.My cat can get aggressive and is in/out so has nails. They started with minor Gabapentin, then more to the point my cat was almost knocked out at home. He'd pickup energy to fight them apparently. They didn't let me be present in the room while doing physical or vaccine. That's not surgery, there's nothing wrong with me being around. I would have been fine signing waivers in case I got the shot instead of the cat, or whatever worse case scenario you can come up with. That wasn't an option. They kept suggesting more and more sedation just for an exam / vaccines, to the point where they were suggesting to completely sedate him just to do his yearly exam. That was the tipping point for me.I tried All Creature's Care Cottage (nearby) and the vet there was amazing. She handled my cat like a pro, using pheromone scent and treats to keep him distracted, and letting me hold him while they did their thing. All this with just a minor amount of Gabapentin, no violence at all. Could have been the change of location, but in my opinion is was far superior. That said, staff at Cat Clinic was very kind, I think their policies and techniques are just bad.I believe this was Dr Evans, from 2021 to mid 2024.100% recommend All Creature's Care Cottage instead.
