It’s clear they genuinely care—not just about her health, but about her comfort and quality of life. They listen, explain everything clearly, and NEVER rush us. - I took my dog in because he was feeling well overall. They were able to fit me in the schedule the next day! Dr. Knox was very thorough, only testing as needed so that the price wasn’t driven up unnecessarily. She kept me informed on everything she did and overall the experience was great. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are here! April 05 · Allison McDonnell
- I was very pleased with my first experience at Council Veterinary Hospital! I brought in a stray kitten to get checked for a chip and a wellness visit that I decided to keep. It's my first pet kitty, and Dr. Knox and all her staff spent time with me to make sure all my questions were answered. They were very transparent about costs and confirmed with me before any service was added. It was towards the end of the day and they were running behind on appointments, but each staff member acknowledged and apologize for the wait. I plan to use them as my permanent vet for both my new kitty and dog! January 16 · Paige Powell
- I have been coming to Council Veterinary Hospital for years with many of my dogs. They always take great care of my pets. I recently took my English bulldog in for his ear that had a hematoma and Dr. Knox and the whole staff took great care of him. July 30 · Vyktoria Dixon
- I love the folks at Council Road Vet. I have a dog that can be difficult, even growling and snapping at times, and these lovely people are always patient and kind. The groomer is great, too! I highly recommend Council Toad Vet!!! June 26 · Kaye Wilson
