Countryside Veterinary Hospital & Kennels Reviews
I’ve been consistently impressed with Countryside Veterinary Hospital! Scheduling appointments is always a breeze, and the team is exceptionally patient with all my questions. They genuinely prioritize the health and well-being of my two dogs. With affordable rates, outstanding service, and a knowledgeable staff, I trust them year after year for routine care and any emergency needs.
Apr 24, 2025 · Jaime TunisonFrom my perspective the money is more important than the well being of the animals brought there. Consistent examples of only caring about money and not the animal has been very clear. I would recommend not taking your animals here
May 22, 2025 · Andrew RayI am not enthused with this vet, I had called in with one of my cats stringing to urinate which with male cats if they're urethra is blocked can kill them quickly. They were not able to see him until 4 to 5 days out, I ended up finding another vet who keeps a few afternoon slots open for emergencies.Good news is my boy Fenrir was ok, but had I not gotten him to his now new vet he likely would have died. When I made the decision to switch to the Southern veterinarian for good and I called in for their medical records, I had to make multiple requests until they finally sent them and the records in question were scanned poorly and difficult to read. They are completely okay for routine stuff; vaccinations, spay & neuter etc but don't give emergency care well.
Apr 07, 2025 · Samuel Von Krähen (Avaricious)As someone who worked here for over a year I don't recommend taking your pets here. When I started bringing up concerns about the well being of the dogs boarding there I was fired the next day. In my opinion they care about money not the animals. So many other great vets in the area, don't waste your time or money here.
Dec 20, 2024 · Amber NovakTook our cat here for a quick nail trim before the holidays. Was not told when making the appointment that they wouldn't trim nails without proof of a rabies shot. Didn't have that paperwork with me, of course. They had this whole big form to fill out, which included asking for a driver's license number. Why? And don't I have the right to refuse to give out such information to a local veterinary clinic? The vet said, no, I don't, snatched the clipboard out of my hand, and in no uncertain terms told me to leave. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS OFFICE. Based on the other 1-star reviews I've read of this place, this woman should be stripped of her license to work with animals!!!
