Oct 30, 2024 · Gunn GhjnSuch wonderful personnel working here. Countryside has been right beside us through major events with our fur family as recently as 5/22 when our Shadow had surgery to remove his non working eye and to clean up his gums of a tooth that had broke off and removal of his last tooth. They are always so compassionate and understanding when I call with a concern that I have after our fur babies surgeries or just appointments. We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful “family “ of professionals to care for our fur family. I must make note of the grooming staff up at the barn also. They too are also wonderful and compassionate “family”. Our Cooper just loves Deb. Thank you all for your kindness and support. The Parker family Gail, Philip, Abby, Shadow, Cooper, Bella and our deceased members Indy, Chino, and Bella. 🐾🐾🐾 🐾
May 25, 2025 · Gail ParkerWhen i first started bringing my dog there i liked them and so didn't he even though they don't associate with the animals at all..the last time I brought my baby there he had to have shots and they took him in the back and made us want in the waiting room and wouldn't let me go with him and I don't like not beeing able to go in with him. Every vet I've been too they always let me go with him..well something must of happened last time when she took him in the back alone cause today when he had an appointment for his last shot he took one look at the same lady that he saw last time and wouldn't go in, he fought us and got out the door..she had to give him his shot in between the doorway cause he wouldn't go anywhere with her, so obviously she did something to him that he didn't like and he don't like her.. so I won't be bringing him back there again..this is him there before that happened..he was happy to go there..
Apr 25, 2025 · Heather MitchellWe LOVE countryside, we have 3 dogs and 2 cats which all go there. They’ve always been extremely accommodating, especially to our two reactive dogs. The vet techs have always been patient and amazing, some of our pets have gotten surgery there as well which has always been very smooth. Lastly their communication is top tier between texting notifications and updates on surgery days.
