Rome Animal Hospital Reviews
I wish I could leave zero stars but I sadly can't. Not only did this animal hospital kill my dog cause of their irresponsible staff but they didn't even call to get my animal to the right doctor. My poor baby was only 6. Please train your employees better so they know how to read an X-ray properly.
May 17, 2025 · Ava FarruggiaThey have an amazing staff and they take great care of my little dog. Very affordable prices
Jul 05, 2025 · Nicole MacBlainBeen here three years. They are taking new clients but couldn’t see my German shepherd who is in pain. Wanted me to wait 5 weeks For an appointment and on a waitlist. Seriously, What the hell are they thinking? Taking this the whole way up to corporate in California. And they say they care about your pet! They have become a sad train wreck. Save yourself the money and the poor care you will receive for your pet. Oh and they couldn’t care less about WHY I left them - clearly no attempt to get better by receiving and acting on feedback. Whoever manages this organization - shame on you! Not sure what occupation they would be good at but clearly they have become a joke as vets. Very sad but I’m out of there.
Feb 22, 2024 · Kathy CortellessaI feel like they're very intuitive about your animals needs. The only thing is the price is very costly
May 15, 2025 · Traci BartlettI have been a client for 25 years and the service has been getting worse in the last 5 years. Trying to make an appointment and getting told I can have it 3 months from now is unexceptable. I was told they only have 2 doctors available that is why there is such a long waiting time. Hire more doctors, you just lost a client.
