★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am writing this review with very mixed emotions. When I was younger, I wanted to become a vet, and even spent 2 years working for one. However a course change when I was younger led me to a life as a “people cardiologist”. Anyway, I have always revered veterinarians for the difficult job they have balancing patients, who can’t “speak” and owners, who can. In all my years, I have not heard a veterinarian or any other health care provider speak with such a lack of empathy until today. One of our family dogs has a tumor, and we are trying to figure out the best course for her and came to Dr. Sell for advice. Unfortunately, she spoke with a demeaning tone and attitude, traits I’m sure she did not learn at Ross University and the University of Florida. I know this as I personally attended both schools during my education (Ross Medical). I write this review in hopes that she reads it, and realizes the impact of her poor bedside manner has on all. I hope that she learns from it, and becomes a better doctor. I hope that all her future patients and families benefit from that growth. We however will not return to this clinic and will go elsewhere. I suggest anyone who is looking for compassion does the same.
August 25 · Adam WaldmanI had an amazing experience with the staff at County Line Animal Hospital. Unfortunately, I had to put a dog down, we had never been seen at this clinic before. My previous vet was unresponsive, so I did a google search and ended up calling this clinic and I’m so happy I did. They answered immediately, I was a mess when I called in and the lady I spoke with had so much compassion. She walked me through the steps and scheduled my appointment. When we arrived we were put in a room where we didn’t have to wait long, the staff was making sure myself and my dog were doing okay during the whole process. Throughout the whole appointment I could tell how much the staff truly cared. My husband and I were given as much time as we needed, when we left we discussed how you would never know it was our first time at this vet, they treated us and our dog like we were long time clients. Even though it was a heartbreaking experience, my interactions with all the staff members made the day as easy as it could be.
August 15 · Courtney BanksAmazing staff! It was all hands on deck when my dog slipped her harness and played " catch me if you can" near the busy road! Everyone was wonderful, (including the Vet) with getting her safely in to her appointment. The Vet was very understanding and we all made it through without any other issues. My dog really dislikes going in to the Vet but she is good during her exam and everyone involved made sure I knew it. I appreciate that! JOYCE C.
June 02 · Joyce CarpenterWe have been taking our pets to County Line for over 10 years. CLAH has helped us through so much, they are patient and realistic. They are solution based and not at all pushy. Our cat is a horrible people person and the staff at CLAH patiently tried everything holistic to help him before going to a more medically based approach to get him to cooperate. The stuff doesn’t judge and is only there to help and educate. Recently due to moving we had to put our dog on a plane. The staff were so helpful in getting him checked out for health and completing documentation required. I would anyday recommend CLAH as a no frills and supportive vet.
April 23 · Amy HallThey were great about getting our boy in the same day. They treated him like family. I’ll be forever great full to Dr. Sell and staff for the great work in making our baby feel better. Thank you
