★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My roommates cat, Henry, had been eating less and less and last night he started showing acute signs that he was not okay. I brought him here. I was greeted at the desk by Kristen, who was so kind and patient. I was taken back to a room eventually and Dr. Smith came in to talk to me about Henry, who was in critical condition. She explained everything they'd done and the test results in great detail. My roommate is in Alaska at the moment, and Dr. Smith was so patient while I called her so she could hear the conversations about Henry's care. Dr. Smith eventually had to relay news that Henry would most likely pass, even with all of the proposed treatment plans, and she was so empathetic and gentle yet to the point with the news. My roommate and I ultimately made the heartbreaking decision to euthanize him. The office was amazing for letting me rush to get Henry's dad from work so that he could be present for the moment. They gave us so much time and privacy while Henry crossed the rainbow bridge. And they gave us so much time after to hold Henry and cry until we felt okay to leave. The entire ordeal was made so much better by the way the office staff worked with us. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Absolutely amazing, caring, wonderful employees.Attached is Henry from better times, snoozing on his mom's lap ❤️
July 19 · Courtney MoyerWe brought our 5 year old pitbull hound big baby dog here becuase he jumped our chain link fence and caused himself a flesh wound. When we arrived the front staff ladies were very kind & respectful. Dr.Stone examined our dog and very politely told us he would be sedated , the wound would need to be flushed. He would get all stitched up and get some pain meds with antibiotics for home. When he comes back in 14 days no charge for the stitch removal! We were very pleased with the prices comparing to other vets we have experienced. I highly recommend coming here they are super sweet and professional and will take great care of them for you for emergency care 😌 🚨 (not a regular vet , just emergency)
June 14 · Faith DicksWe have been to this hospital twice now. The first time was when our poor male Great Dane, Hero, had a virus. The hospital prescribed meds that healed him completely and we didn’t break the bank from the visit. The second time, yesterday, we took our older female Great Dane, Honey. The doctor found out that she had a ruptured tumor and gave us our options with reasonable prices. We unfortunately had to put her down. The staff here is undeniably compassionate, honest, and very very sweet. They took gentle care of our gentle giants and with our hurting hearts. We won’t go anywhere else while we are living in this area.10/10 recommend
June 08 · Bailey HeiserI have mixed feelings about this veterinary clinic. My family and I have relied on them for emergency care for our various pets over the past 17 years, as they are the closest 24/7 emergency vet to our home, about a 20-minute drive away. Unfortunately, I lost a sugar glider, and most recently, in January 2025, one of my Siberian Huskies at this clinic. My huskies are a part of my family, so it was devastating when my baby girl passed away while they were preparing her for emergency surgery. She had a massive tumor in her stomach, and it was uncertain if she would have survived the operation. While the staff seems nice, and I have always had positive interactions with them, my experience with Dr. Stone was quite the opposite. She came across as cold and made me feel like I was an idiot. As she showed me my dog's X-ray, she didn't say much. She then sat there circling the tumor over and over again while glaring at me without saying a word. Finally, in a panic, I asked Dr. Stone what needed to be done to save her. She told me all she could do was attempt to remove the tumor but that there was a chance she wouldn't make it through the surgery.I was taken to a room where the staff discussed the extremely high cost of the surgery, but in that moment, there was no amount I would have said no to. I was told my dog was going back to be prepped for the surgery and was given paperwork. I sat there filling out paperwork regarding whether I wanted them to attempt to resuscitate my dog if her heart stopped during the surgery. It wasn't long before two female staff members entered the room, whispering to each other. After they finished their conversation, one left, and the other stayed. This was when I was told my poor girl had passed away while being prepped for surgery. It was hard to believe, as just moments before, she had been pulling on the leash to see around the corner where two dogs were barking. She seemed playful, despite the mass in her belly, and didn’t appear to be a dog on the verge of death.Dr. Stone was rude throughout the entire process and showed no empathy. I never saw her again after I received the news about my dog's passing. Looking at the X-ray now, I feel that my husky's chances of surviving surgery were slim due to the size of the tumor. I will upload the X-ray image. In the past, we have taken our other dogs and even a stray cat to this clinic for minor issues, and we always left satisfied with the care they received. I had never dealt with Dr. Stone before; most of my experiences were with other friendly and polite doctors and staff. Unfortunately, I will always carry an unsettling feeling about how Dr. Stone interacted with me during this most distressing time. - RIP my special girl, Miracle, who was born about a quarter of the size she should have been and wasn't expected to make it in the first place. She defied the odds and gave us nine incredible years with an incredibly sweet and energetic little ball of joy.
March 20 · Jessica Cook (Jessie Cook)Outstanding urgent care, service and staff! Dr. Stone, Heather and the vet tech were wonderful during a very stressful situation. The care that they gave to my Chihuahua (Pearl) was exactly what you hope for when visiting an emergency vet in the middle of the night. The clinic and exam rooms were impeccable. We were in/out of there within one hour.
