Crossroads Animal Hospital Reviews
This place is amazing! I was able to quickly get an appointment next day to address concerns with my dog. The front desk ladies were friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed by our vet tech or doctor. Both of them asked thorough questions and made sure I understood what they were telling me. Both the tech and doctor were knowledgeable and so kind to my baby. The facility was clean and smelled clean as well. Their cost of care is respectable and wasn’t expensive.Dr. Lisa is amazing!!Thank you CAH for taking the time to listen to me and give my baby all the love needed!
June 23 · Lauren KirkpatrickI wanted to give a shout out to this vet clinic and the team! I’ve been going to Dr Allie for years now. We moved and drive an hour each way just to go to her and the team. I genuinely have never trusted a vet more, and she goes above and beyond every single time. I would drive even further to guarantee my dog gets the care he does at Crossroads. We adore Dr Allie, the team and the front staff Brittany and Kiley. Milton loves them and so do I! They always have our best interest at heart, I’ve never felt pressured to do anything that I don’t feel Milton genuinely needs, and I just wanted to give them a great review. With my whole heart, this is an amazing vet clinic who genuinely care and I hope if you are on the fence about going to them to not hesitate. They will treat your pets amazingly, with compassion, and with the newest and best technology they can. We love Crossroads!!
April 22 · ali rochetteBest experience I’ve ever had at a vet clinic. I took my dog in for a paw injury today. The staff/doc were incredibly kind and gentle. They did great with her. Won her over immediately. They were upfront about costs of exam, tests, meds, etc. which were very affordable by the way. Overall we left very pleased and pup is on the mend. Total opposite of my last vet. We will definitely ne going back.
September 25 · Autumn FriedmanskyI was bragging tonight to my whole family about how great this office is. My pup had heart worm and this vet went miles above and beyond. Not one person in this office has ever shown my wife or I an ounce of judgment. They gave several options to us and didn’t assume my budget- they prioritized the dogs health and let me choose which option is best for my family.Ghost is happy and healthy to this day because of the expertise this office provides. Is it the cheapest? No. I’m glad it’s not- for the service we’ve received it’s more than justified. We recommend this vet to any and all friends. Without a doubt the kindest, most honest, and sincere office I’ve ever dealt with.
April 23 · Lucas MuirheadIn January (2024) I stopped at Crossroads Animal Hospital as a walk in to discuss concerns about my dog Murphy. Note that this was a second opinion that I didn’t feel comfortable with concerning a possible bowel obstruction. The women at the front desk had me bring Murphy in from my truck and Dr Allie would see him right away.Dr Allie examined him and did X-rays and told me right away that he did have to have surgery right away showing me the obstruction on the X-ray. Note: The X-rays taken by Dr Allie were quality X-rays that demonstrated the obstruction quite well, which the “other veterinarian” images did not do. I used to be an X-ray technician years ago so my attention to this is based on experience.Anyways, being it was close to closing time and her surgical team had gone home for the day she quickly contacted Royal Vista animal hospital for emergency surgery.Dr Allie and the Crossroads Animal Hospital saved Murphy’s life or at least saved him from having severe bowel damage. All future doggie Dr visits will be at Crossroads Animal hospital where you can trust your pets life is in good hands.Murphy is a miniature Berne Doodle
