★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Had been with this vet for years but when my cat was diagnosed diabetic I started needing to visit a lot more often, and that illuminated gaps that informed my decision to pursue care elsewhere. I was already being as proactive as I could be, but I’m not the expert, and it often felt like I needed to be in order to ask all the right questions to get necessary information and instructions. The bigger issue though, for me, is that the guy who runs the front desk has the demeanor of a 16-year-old McDonald’s employee who can’t wait to go home. This was my primary reason for switching to another vet. This has been a very stressful, very expensive, very emotional experience with my pet, and I left this place feeling like a burden every time.
July 23 · Kelsey CaroneReceived today very poor service… Have been with this vet for over 5 years. Always received some recommendations about my cat not just expensive prescription without other options or even instructions how it works… I had to ask my cat’s weight at the reception))) And read the rest info from the paper… Really guys? For $80 for visit you could do better… Or just don’t do it at all… I’m very disappointed… Please do not tell anyone that they can reapply flea medicine sooner than two weeks… You should tell me more about consequences before suggesting it. I had to make researches and ask my friends who work in vet if it’s ok… Everyone told me No…P.S. Thank you for your comment bellow but please note that the flea medicine that I applied was 10 days ago not 2 weeks even and the papers says so too... There are consequences if anyone reapply flea medicine sooner that two weeks. As a veterinarian you should know it better...
June 20 · MarinaWhen our favorite vet retired, we had no idea where to go but everyone recommended East Roswell for compassionate, thoughtful, whole-dog care. We have not been disappointed.
July 22 · Corey-Jan AlbertI cannot praise Dr. Kim and her staff enough. My little boy, Oscar, had quite the medical scare a couple of months ago. Not only did they save his life, they were so incredibly wonderful throughout the whole ordeal. They kept me updated constantly and were always more than willing to set time aside for us to visit him. My buddy is now happy and healthy thanks to them. I very highly recommend coming here, they treat your pets as if they were their own!
November 14 · Ashlee NicholsonCalled them from the listing on the AHVMA(American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association) website. Scott answered the phone and answered every question I had and provided the best advice for what to do. He took the time to make sure I had the answers I needed, including getting the for sure correct info from the veterinarian while on the phone. Thank you Scott for your time.
