★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Today was my first time going here and I’ve never been happier. My 6 month old cat went from being the most playful kitten to limping and not being able to walk recently. So I went to the vet, She was diagnosed, given medicine and a plan for the future. I’ve been home for a few hours and I feel like I got my cat back again. She’s been playing non stop and hasn’t been this happy in a long time. Thank you so much!! They were very professional, sweet, caring, and had reasonable pricing. They also confirmed several times about options and prices before doing anything. May 11 · Madison Raley
- Honestly I feel like this place is just trying to take advantage of people and get as much money as they can out of all the people that are already struggling to keep their animals alive or well. I brought my dog in one day, it was $115 just for the exam. I was given a printout of how much it would cost for her to have some antibiotics and a shot, was also given paperwork on a skin condition. No info was given about her exam for a mammory tumor which was the reason I brought her in... Still I came back the next day for her shot and antibiotics. Today it's completely different people, everyone's acting like they don't know what I was told yesterday, gave me a print out with completely different prices wanting to charge me $100 extra for the same thing I was told yesterday. Then blamed it on "the new girl" and "she shouldn't have told me that"... I politely asked for my money and my dog and will never go back there again !!! Completely unprofessional, there is no communication whatsoever between the staff, information concerning my visit wasn't presented and the business isn't even accredited through the BBB. I'll make sure I go to Gordon's from now on !!! October 16 · Jessica Rogers
- Covid protocols are so strict that there is no communicating with the actual vet. You are left guessing about how to care for your pets. They need a checklist or something to give pet owners about test results, any needed changes in diet, guidelines for new pet owners, etc. After my cats were neutered, I was given an Information sheet that pertained to dogs. I was not impressed. Terrible experience. March 23 · Chip Mize
- Called and put me on hold for over 5 minutes and when I called back they just kept hanging up on me. You asked if I mind being put on hold and I said I didn't mind and then you treat me like that, up yours. July 06 · k “kd” don
- Staff was kind and courteous as always.. They have been caring for my fur baby since he was 4 months old and now he is 4 years old.. November 29 · Gloria McDonald
